Somehow I‘ve never read this. I‘ve seen the movies, preferring the OG, a they‘re good, but vampires don‘t really scare me. This, though…had some creepy moments. I expect nothing less from Uncle Stevie!

vivastory This is one of my favorite Kings 4d
Reggie This is in my top 3 from him. 1d
Lauranahe My favorite line was “her kidneys were tight and heavy.” What?? Sir, what does that mean?? 🤣😭 But this is definitely up there with my favorites. ‘It‘ is #1. 17h

Very simply, the book helps you understand and improve I AM‘s Big Picture, which helps you create better AI requests and follow-ups. The back-and-forth synergy between the continuously improving you and AI‘s mind-enhancing responses can help you make better choices, enjoy more Job #1‘s, excel at more Job #2‘s, and live an improving life story.

Thanks for the tag @Kshakal

Banana bread, caramel, bon fires, toasted marshmallows and after Thanksgiving - Frazier fir 🌲 will be #1 scent for me. Scent is such a strong for all of the nostalgic feels.

Eggs Ah those are wonderful scents! 2w

Even with a short story collection, where most were written before his beloved novels, Arriaga‘s narrative is unmatched.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

BarbaraBB I don‘t know him. Must look for a translation of one of his books! 2w
Amor4Libros @BarbaraBB He‘s my 2nd favorite Latin American author. (Isabel Allende will always be #1!) 2w
BarbaraBB Allende I read in my twenties but haven‘t read for a long long time. I used to love her though. I think my favorite is Claudia Piñeiro 2w
Amor4Libros @BarbaraBB Piñeiro is amazing, too! I‘m so glad I still have quite a few books from her backlist to go through ? 2w

This is “Legends & Lattes“ #2, but there was a #0 after #1, so it is really the 3rd in the series (not counting the novellas). This one spends most of the time recounting the adventures of Fern (from book #0) and while I missed the character of Viv, this was still a fun read. Baldree creates the most interesting and amusing characters, with both wonderful strengths and relatable flaws. I enjoy his work. Thank you to Edelweiss+ for the ARC. 4/5!

I‘m extremely late for my 2025 year books reviews but this is something I‘m doing to keep a track of what I read this year. Yeap, this is for March 2025😳I really must add to my reading goals/challenges for next year to post my book reviews at the end of each month😂
March 2025 Book#1
I enjoyed this story, the mystery was interesting but with many convenient coincidences🙄😂Always reminding myself that I‘m reading the series as an adult 3.5 ⭐️ ⬇️

Librarybelle Baby steps are good! 2w
Ruthiella The coincidences in the Nancy Drew books are ridiculous! 😂 2w

Had to share, especially with my Canadian friends. This tee is the #1 seller for the FUNNY TIMES newspaper. They can't keep it in stock.

If you've never heard of FUNNY TIMES, it's a fabulous (ahem) liberal-leaning newspaper with tons of cartoons, editorials, etc. that are, well, FUNNY! It's my most cherished reading now that we are actually living in #funnytimes. P.S. I don't work for them. 🤣

GingerAntics That shirt is utter perfection!!! 3w

The #OhCanada November/December read has kicked off and feel free to read any book from the Chief Inspector Armand Gamache series by Louise Penny. I will be reading book #1 (Still Life) as I haven't read any of these books before. Discussion will be high level with no spoilers since there will likely be multiple books read.
Anyone is welcome to join - easy going group read where we explore Canadian authors.

LitsyEvents We will be continuing in 2026 too. Via @Jess861 3w

Jess861 @Suet624 Thank you for the link! I had not heard - interesting read! A reading in an Opera House will be neat for those able to attend but it's too bad she cancelled her American tour (although understandable to me anyways). 3w

willaful Oh, you are in for a treat. (Probably. I suppose somebody doesn't like Still Life. ;-) )

I'm on book 10, The Long Way Home.
(edited) 3w
Jess861 @willaful I hope so - I've never really gotten into cozy mysteries (only because I don't have time to read a ton) but I did read Murder at Fenway Park a few years back and enjoyed it. So hoping the same with this one! 3w
LapReader Starting Grey Wolf on the train this morning. Found in my building‘s library so I was pretty happy about that. 3w
Jess861 @LapReader Always nice to get a library find! 3w
kwmg40 My library hold on the newest, The Black Wolf, should be available in a couple of weeks, so that's the one I'll be reading. 3w
Jess861 @kwmg40 Awesome!! 3w
CarolynM 👍 2w
PurpleyPumpkin I happened to read the first in the series earlier this year. So I'll read the second. Looking forward to this! 2w
