LitStephanie It was nice to see Rosy humbled although I still strongly dislike her. This dialog was an interesting psychological study in how small cues, both verbal and nonverbal, can affect the outcome in huge ways. 13mo

This book. Omg, this book. I still have tears in my eyes. This paragraph perfectly encompasses my frame of mind while reading this. I mourn my lost friendships... Though they've been lost due to time rather than death. God. So powerfully reminiscent of a time and place that I never want to go back to, but miss nonetheless. The ones I own are nearly all either books I've read from the library and liked so much I've bought, or books I've bought used cos my library doesn't have them (that happens really frequently 😒) 8y
