We had a wee little visitor in the library! Maintained social distancing, but the public isn‘t allowed in, so he had to be escorted outside. He originally came to see me, and then I followed him all through the downstairs. He stopped by a few offices to say hi to colleagues 😂. I eventually cornered him in an employee bathroom, and three of us managed to get him back outside. Always fun here at the library 😁! #LitsyLovesLibraries 🐿

Hazel2019 I had one of these jump into my pool recently and I had to do a speedy rescue. And the little beast bit me as a thank you 😬 I‘m thankful for antibiotics right now. 4y

Since this water fountain‘s installation, patrons and staff have saved 7,000 bottles from getting used and thrown out! 😁👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

TheLibrarian Yes! Except ours has had the filter needs changed light on for awhile so it makes me hesitant to use the fountain ☹️ 5y

Linear I love these because you don't have to worry about germs as much as you do from regular fountains. I mean, when you drink from one, the water doesnt all get in your mouth, it usually sloshes back into the fountain and sometimes on the spout. So I dont use fountains in public 5y

Kalalalatja Oh no, I didn‘t, but I know at Danish post offices, a package will be sent back if it isn‘t picked up within 14 days, so I just assumed POs had similar rules in different countries 😅 5y

Wanna know why I LOVE my library....$1,020.15 worth of savings (only 3 are from NetGalley)! So this year I kept track of all the type of books I read and when I finished them I checked out their price on Amazon. This has been so interesting to see the true savings of having a library card! Obviously this doesn‘t even count the books I borrowed and didn‘t finish! I am still just amazed!

8little_paws Our town sends a newsletter out and it gives the average amount each household paid to various municipal services. Average home here sent $1300 to the library alone 😶 this is why I rent. 5y
