Josh is spending this #FridayReads (last week) far away from the store, but we won't hold it against him. He reports that the romance in the fittingly titled Here Comes the Sun is wonderful, and he "feels everything for them." Celebrating love feels like a great way to spend pride month! ?☀??

Have you guys SEEN these @hogarthbooks Shakespeare paperbacks?! We're obsessed. 💗💛💗💛

kspenmoll Lovely editions- have not seen them! 7y
jveezer This is the third cover I've seen for Hag-Seed. The original UK cover by http://vladimirzimakov.com/ is amazing. I've liked all the Hogarth Shakespeare's I've read. Trying to resist the urge to own them and just be satisfied with reading them...but weakening... 7y
katedensen Too pretty! I have Vinegar Girl, but I didn't know that the cover of Hag-Seed matches! Glad I held out on buying it until the paperback release! 7y

"A beautiful cookbook from the acclaimed Chef of North Carolina as well as a big book of wonderful essays as the book is sorted by ingredient and each is introduced with a story of that ingredient and Howard's life. It's #recommendsday again! (How did that happen?)

Today, our recommendation comes from @JessReads at Book Culture on Broadway -

"All of the praise that SHRILL has gained isn't enough. West is unashamedly feminist, body positive, and self-aware. When she isn't being laugh-out-loud hilarious, she's being honest and sharply observant about the place of the modern woman. I loved this collection of essays!"

BeckyRoy I lucked out and was able to grab a copy and an autograph at #bookcon. I'm saving it for the perfect moment. When I need a pick me up? When I need motivation? 8y

folioforte @Thessalia it's my absolute favorite! The first book is slow and kind of vague on the plot but it's setting up the characters and the overall arc. Plus dream thieves is my favorite and centers around Ronan. 8y
BethFishReads Love love love 8y
thatbookboi @Thessalia yes! The first one is a little slow but thankfully short. I powered through and found that the ending kept me ~just~ interested enough to carry on to Dream Thieves (which was THE BEST) and then my heart was fully in it. 8y
Thessalia @Josh and @folioforte you two have convinced me. I will give it the full shot it seems to deserve! 8y
mappingsoulswithwords MY FAVORITE EVER 8y
