Dear #WolfPack;
After many attempts, I‘m sorry to say my brain-space just isn‘t ready to do battle with Wolf Hall. It looks like I won‘t be #ConqueringCromwell with the rest of you. I‘m sorry for bailing on this awesome group.
Would anybody like to lead the charge?? Or do you prefer to continue posting and sharing without any formal discussion or set schedule??
I hope to revisit one day unlike @MicheleinPhilly who donated her copy away 🤭

squirrelbrain Far better to be honest than battle through when it‘s not the right time.... I started it before I left for my holiday and found it OK at first. I then started to struggle but I shall see what happens when I get home.... 4y

Cuilin I‘m on the fence about this. I‘ve read it before and enjoyed it, so I could keep going. But I‘m suffering the “been there, done that” with a reread. Will I be a survivor or bail? 🤷‍♀️ 4y

Bklover I‘m still carrying the book around looking at it. It irritates me to no end. Haven‘t given up yet. About 50 pages in. Will cave soon. This is about as far as I ever get. 4y

Bklover Yes! Doing pretty well. Not doing any walking for exercise yet but I can walk without limping now (most of the time). And it‘s heavenly wearing my own shoes. Thanks for asking! 4y

DebinHawaii I am going with Leah Bergen on this one since THIF has been on my #TBR for ages & I own it but I‘m fine with any of them. (Tell the Wolves I‘m Home seems to be the popular choice & although it would be a reread for me, I listened to it on audio so reading it would be different.) 👍

Happy Release Day!! This was a quick little read with a murder plot, revenge, lots of secrets and an adorable "wolf pack"! Yes...there's a wolf ? A little more politics and a little less action than I usually prefer in my Highland reads, but I'll give it to the author...she made it work. A good read for a cozy night.
