1. It depends where I am going, if it‘s to tour maybe two but to the beach it could be 5 or more. Just in case…and always have that kindle ready!

2. I have taken physical books and more often than not I leave them behind somewhere for the next person. I once brought my friends rental from the Boston Public Library home and mailed it back to her. Lol.

1. I enjoy both club and Buddy, I have enjoyed Buddy reads virtually here and am still hoping to find a book club that sticks.
2.anything that someone in the group finds interesting is a good way to learn new things and read outside of the usual choices, which are honestly - diverse.
3. I am kind of distracted so I‘m listening to comic, Ali Wong and reading a simple beach read The Islanders.

2. Spring is the best time to run on my favorite trail. I joined a running group to shake off the cobwebs, pray for me.
3. I think Count the Ways by Joyce Maynard is going to be the best start, but I also enjoyed Katie Couric‘s memoir.

1. Gene‘s Books on Sanibel Island in part because it means I‘m on vacation. And it‘s packed FULL!
2. Dwight Foster my hometown library, it‘s nostalgic and inviting! I feel welcomed by name there.❤️
3. I was walking my dog today when I noticed a man on the opposite side of the street, he was singing clear for all to hear. It was a precious moment.

1. I used to read off of my phone but often if I need a book along I tuck my kindle in my purse or put my headphones in for audible.
2. My kindle, I most recently bought the Oasis in a “treat yo self” moment. I‘ve had a kindle since the beginning, no regrets! It was amazing to have the whisper sync - downloads anywhere, at that time it felt like magic.

Somehow this seems like an appropriate book to finish after midnight on New Year‘s Day…it was creepy but also oddly captivating. It felt reminiscent of Lost, living among others, like a cult. I‘m curious about her other books, I really enjoy an element of magical realism. In reviews I read the books she writes are “atmospheric”, I would agree that her writing is nearly the definition of the word.

The #festivephotochallenge is favorite gift, I was spoiled with good Bombas socks and slippers, and my oldest daughter gets me, long walks to the library would be heaven, I may need to plan ahead for retirement to live walking distance from the library and wear these socks. #WinterGames2021
