pickThere‘s just something about a Jennifer Lynn Barnes book. They pull me in immediately. The Brothers Hawthorne & The Naturals series will be hard to beat on my favorites list but this was a solid read.

pick34 hours, 960 pages in print. This definitely qualifies as a chunkster for #chunksterchallenge2024. Book 7 in the Cormoran Strike series—my favorite to date. Disturbing book with Robyn going undercover in a cult ?? stressful! But absolutely loved the pacing. Great character development in this one too: Strike and his ½ siblings, Pat and her fam, Robyn and her fam. The tension btwn Robyn and Strike. Love it! Where‘s the next one! #serieslove2024
pickWow! Definitely give this a chance. In the beginning I kept thinking this was out of character for O‘Leary. Such a likable character doing such unlikable things. But, O‘Leary weaves a wonderful (albeit sad) story and ultimately we get our HEA.

pickFirst book in the trilogy of Ian Hamilton Mysteries. Set in 1881. I really enjoyed this historical mystery, a murder occurred and the body is found with an object, the murderer signature? It seems it is because other bodies are found with similar clue. This peculiar inspector, Ian Hamilton, will investigate these cases. Peculiar because his conversations/expressions are full of Shakespearean quotes. Love those parts.⬇️
