eeclayton Lydgate certainly effed up, but remember he didn't really want to get married at this point in his career. I'm not saying he was forced, though. Also, Rosy is definitely not the helpful wife that supports her spouse through better or worse. 13mo

eeclayton I'd be glad to join you for whichever suggestion gets picked. Tess has my vote, but I'd be interested in Bleak House, too. I've read Agnes Grey but I don't remember much, and A Room of One's Own is always worth rereading. 13mo
