I have been feeling like we have all these ‘themed‘ book box swaps but when we get to open them, it‘s already the holiday or event, and we don‘t get to enjoy the contents very long before we move on. I want to read my Halloween or Christmas (or whichever) books during that time. I‘ve been wanting to suggest book openings a couple of days before holidays. Christmas Eve is 👍🏼 3y

LibrarianRyan @HerDarkHuntress1 it is pretty random. There are some standards such as the goespostal swaps. Sometimes the hosts opt out because of burnout or just life. Then you get random new ones from people who want to try hosting. For the holidays there will probably be a Xmas card swap. Maybe an ornament swap. Hopefully Sant goes postal still happens. It is pretty random. It‘s not one page that‘s hosts, just a few pages that help spread info 4y

I love sending out handmade cards and I don‘t really have a chance to because my fam doesn‘t care. There is nothing more depressing then spending time to hand make something for someone and they not even appreciate it! That‘s why I think I would enjoy a swap. My fam doesn‘t get why I love picking presents for people. 4y
