We do not care that this book would have made a fabulous holiday gift, but it doesn't come out until January. We also do not care that we suffered yet another vertigo episode yesterday and have been dealing with it for over 30 years.
We also do not care that we are in no way ready for the holidays re: gifts, cards, decorations ... it all seems so overwhelming this year.

DGRachel OH! #3 - the whole world feels overwhelming right now. Fortunately it‘s just me and my mom and we basically quit doing Christmas. Neither one of us is good at waiting to give gifts to the other person so we buy them, and within two days it‘s like “here. Merry Christmas” and it‘s September 30th. 🤣🤣 The tree is up and has lights on it. There will be no ornaments. We‘re done. 🤣😂🤣😂🤣 1w

Bklover @DGRachel that happens to me too. By the time I hop over to make a comment I‘ve forgotten what I wanted to say. I also have the same problem with Christmas presents, and my tree has lights and that‘s it. Kindred spirits. 1w

Bklover I got the shirt on Melani‘s TikTok shop. I had a lady come up to me in Walmart to tell me that she‘s in the WDNC club too. Apparently there are a lot of us! 💙💙 1w
ravenlee Thanks for the sentiment - but it‘s mostly kiddo‘s Nutcracker commitments and my Christmas gigs causing all the stress, none of which is negotiable. 😖 The rest of the presents and family stuff is its own headache, of course, but I just fake it as I go. 1w
