For day 13 of the #hauntedshelf book cover scavenger hunt we have one of my favourite purple reads of the last few years! I love the witches of thistle grove series so much, it was very bittersweet finishing the series this month.

pickThis was a deviation from the rest of the series. It was more fantasy romance than small town witchy romance. I think the series was going in this direction but I missed the small town feeling.
I really enjoyed this instalment despite all that. I would have preferred the book to end without the couple reconciling as it felt too easy.

pickI didn‘t really know what this one was about. Riley inherits a house and town from a long lost aunt on a tiny island. She realizes that she‘s a witch and has to deal with ghosts. It‘s another witchy romance and I really liked this one.
