Focusing on myself & my health. Self care is important!
I've been struggling with my weight for years since I had a bad fall/accident on 2014. I finally have been able to lose weight. I still need to lose much more, but I feel SO DARN PROUD of myself. Losing weight isn't easy. So YAY ME! 🙌

WJCintron @bthegood 😊❤ Thank you! Yes! Feeling great! I finally learned that taking care of myself is not being selfish, but something I need to do in order to be healthy. I've been doing so many things, and being there for everyone, except for me. I have fibromyalgia, and the pain was unbearable. Now that I've been dancing 2hrs a day, it's much more manageable, and that makes me so happy. I have a goal, and in the name of Jesus I'm gonna make it! 🤗😘😃 2y
