1. Lord Of The Rings. It‘s a finished series.
2. A Song Of Ice & Fire even though the book series isn‘t finished yet. If the series ever gets finished, I‘ll have to reread the book series because I‘ve forgotten all the details and all of the books are over 500 pages. It took me a year just to read the series the first time but I like what I‘ve read so far.
3. Harry Potter. This is also a finished series.

2. Usually on our anniversary, we have date night, but we won‘t this year. We‘re just going to have a really good dinner at home. For Christmas, the usual shopping, wrapping, baking, etc. One thing we can‘t do this year is take in a live holiday performance! 🎄

🌷I‘ve just been trying to take pleasure in the little things...my dog cuddling with me while I read, walks with my girls, eating comfort food are some examples!
🌹I‘m ready for some sun and flowers! The main thing I do at the change of seasons is switch over my closet. I change out F/W clothes for S/S ones, and declutter the closet while I‘m at it.

🔶 I read a good bit of A Man Called Ove and listened for about 30 minutes to A Clockwork Orange on audio.

📙 Consistency - I am all over the place a lot and don‘t always follow through! My goal is to be consistent with the different facets of my life. If I concentrate on just one or two, the others go all to hell!
1. At a country pub with my partner and his step-mother. The pub had a singer so we were doing a bit of dancing.

3. Self-criticism; I am habitually too hard on myself and put too much pressure on myself, then have a melt-down. I need to stop doing that!

1. My family has a great recipe for chocolate chip pumpkin bread that is delicious! Also, it‘s my job every year to make all the pies for Thanksgiving. I make apple crumb pie, pecan pie, cherry pie (for my brother), and I make a mean pumpkin pie. Of course fresh whipped cream to go with them.

1. I had brunch on Monday with my mom and my teenager, who had a school holiday. Since they had the day off school, my daughter and her BF had a date and I finally got to meet him. He‘s her first BF so it was a big deal!
