The Book of Cold Cases | Simone St. James

I finally finished a #BOTM this year! 😱 I‘m so behind. Anyway, I‘m a big fan of SSJ and I think murderinos would really like this book. It is intriguing and suspenseful, although I think it fizzled slightly towards the end. But I still enjoyed it, just not quite as much as I did her last 2 books. But she‘s still an auto buy for me! 4⭐️

OMG --- I don't know why I waited so much on this one. It was on my TBR forever! Also its a big “must read“ in the #murderino groups! I can definitely see why.

I think I need to purchase a hard copy of this one so I can continue to enjoy it by going back and referencing it!

I wanted so much to love this book, especially because it was written by a fellow #murderino. I think if it was edited better and less wordy, I could easily make it a Pick! It felt clunky and there was at least one paragraph that had been copied from part 1 and pasted into part 2.

I'm about to start watching this one. After midnight & having just watched another true crime documentary. Clearly I make wise decisions.

Librariana My husband and I just finished watching it yesterday 😊 Looking forward to hearing your thoughts on the format of the episodes! 2y

eanderson My husband and I binged this. It is one of the more... gory and dark serial killer documentaries I watch but still very good! 2y
Gina Ohmygoodness... this guy was mind boggling cray, cray from the word go. 2y
Lucy_Anywhere I‘m midway through watching it! Soooo creepy and frustrating to see how many opportunities to catch the guy were missed 2y
StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego After midnight! I could only watch it during daylight. Lol. 2y
Bookish.SAM Lol .. yep @StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego ... I kept my viewing of this one to daylight hours too! Quite the gruesome tale! 2y

Did I just stay up all night reading this? You betcha! Do I regret it? Not a second! This book was as sweet as the peach tree in this book! 😉 This one right here starts out really cool, I could feel the 90s, smell my moms perfume, feel the pink 80s carpet under my feet, & see the FUN colors of the 90s. But let me warn you this gets very dark. As black & as graphic as the soul of the vampire. Recommend, 5 stars!!! #Murderinos will love this one!
