I love my #BOTM box, but I fully admit I am rubbish at reading these as they arrive. I got my subscription for Christmas 2017 and I have unread books going back to February 2018. Here is my current BOTM #TBR. I'm going to make an effort over the next few weeks to read some of these, starts with An American Marriage.

I've spent the afternoon and evening fighting off a bad headache, so instead of an evening walk I'm enjoying an evening porch reading. I already got plenty of working out in this morning, so it's nice to be "lazy" guilt-free. ? Now if only my headache would go away... #BOTM #bookofthemonth #BookFitnessChallenge #BFC @wanderinglynn

I was entwined in the story of Roy and Celestial. It was a great story up until the very end and veru heartbreaking. It was refreshing to see the end turn out more real life than fairytale ending. Jones' writing was beautiful. Def recommend this book.

Bizarre and weird and imaginative and so, so unique. A wild, wintery adventure that goes deep inside blizzards and deeper into dreams. So many wacky ideas and concepts that I could barely keep up!

@KatieDid927 I let this get beat up in my bag, I'm a bad book borrower and I put my shame here for all to see 😳 Gonna order you a new one when #BoTM come around again, promise! 💖

Really falling in love with this book. Quirky young people who can‘t seem to get it together. Connell and Marianne circle around each other and it‘s hard not to try and help them. #BOTM

This was a great #BOTM pick! Excellent pacing and plot, my theories changed every other chapter and kept me on my toes. A heartbreaking case no matter which way you look at it, but I liked that it broke the typical mold for a whodunnit. Angie Kim is definitely one to watch, I really enjoyed her writing style and memorable characters 👏🏽

About halfway through and don‘t know how I feel about it. It seems a bit pointless... though I am enjoying the flashbacks about Harvard College in the late 1980s (when I studied there too).

hermyknee Oh, this was my #botm pick this month (if I ever have time to get to it!) I read that it was kind of slow and strange and nonlinear, I believe? 3d

4⭐️ This book is funny, sweet, and endearing. It is your typical romance novel with bends not normally seen. Esme speaks very little english, but doesn‘t let that stop her. Khai is on the autism spectrum, and while it may take a few lessons and finding new ways to talk to and about himself, he to is learning. Over all this was a fun romp. I cant wait till the next one.

Another novel I read a while ago and never got around to reviewing anywhere. I have to admit this left me feeling meh about it. I liked it, but yeah, I‘m just not loving it. #botm #bookofthemonth
