Mothecombe Beach. #VirtualTour

How was Today? Wow! What a day. So much speculation whether schools will open Monday. Unions now getting staff to write to heads refusing to come in under Health and Safety Laws. So much pressure on the government and what have they done today, STAYED SILENT even though unions taken them to court. Total mess. Changed Monday‘s training day to remote and not in school whilst we see what happens. Total nightmare!

Andrew65 With this mess and my mother in law can I please go back to 2020. Didn‘t realise at the time but never had it so good! 🙄🤣🤓 (edited) 3y
TheBookHippie Oh Andrew. 🤞🏻 sending love and light. 3y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 we lit a candle for her In our meditation this morning 🕯healing vibes from across the pond to her. (edited) 3y

Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Thank you 🥰🥰🥰😘 3y
CocoReads What a mess. Last nights I‘ve storm resulted in a mess and we‘re out of power until estimates Monday at 3. Staying at my parents since they have power. Blessed to have someplace to go as it‘s very cold at my house with no power or water. 3y
bookishdawg Thank you for your beautiful photos... they offer such a sense of calm! I work in schools too and understand how stressful everything is. Best wishes 3y
TrishB It‘s another mess! Hope there is good news soon for your MIL Andrew ❤️ 3y
Andrew65 @TrishB Thanks. It is a total mess at the moment,m at this point not able to say whether children will be in on Tuesday or not. 3y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Not a good time of year to be out of power! 🤯🥶 Lucky that you have somewhere to stay. 3y
Andrew65 @bookishdawg Thanks, glad they help. The stress at the moment has been caused by the government. Be interesting to see how things go. 3y
kezzlou85 What a start to 2021 nobody knows whats going on. As a parent its bad enough but I feel for you more. My youngest is in year 6 so should go back Monday but who knows. Numbers are rapidly rising here but just need a decision either way. All this not knowing is a nightnare 3y
TrishB Universities received a letter on 31st Dec, to say that except for clinical/health programmes no f t f teaching could take place before 25 Jan and only after a review on 18th. We had multiple lab sessions supposed to start in other areas on 4 Jan 😞😞 all last minute stuff to turn round at difficult times! 3y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Yep, a total nightmare! 3y
Andrew65 @TrishB It‘s impossible to operate in this way. Now sent about four different set of plans for Monday. 3y
tracey38 Wow, @Andrew65 that sounds insane. I'm sorry you are still dealing with covid craziness. I hope we don't have to deal with it for too too much longer. And I pray you all get good news on your mother in law soon. 3y
MsMelissa It‘s been determined that elementary kids won‘t go back in person until a week Monday, while the high school kids will do remote learning until Jan 25. My daughter is not happy about this. She wants to go back in person. I wouldn‘t be surprised if they extend the remote learning, since our case counts are currently the highest they‘ve ever been. (edited) 3y
Andrew65 @tracey38 Worse when the COvID craziness #covidiots comes from government! Tomorrow could be interesting. 3y
Andrew65 @Book_Fiend_Melissa Ours are highest ever, but locally they are lower. 3y
MsMelissa Locally we are doing (or at least we had been) the best of any city in North America and Europe with a population over 1M, but since the whole province is locked down we are too. Probably a good thing, as our local numbers appear to be on their way up again. 3y
Andrew65 @Book_Fiend_Melissa This new variant seems to be a game changer! 3y
Crazeedi Andrew I hope things improve with you MIL. I'm so sorry 2021 has started out not good for you, sending some positive vibes💗 I'm just in a funk myself. With both kitties gone, and I know that's so unimportant compared to others troubles. I want to get into the challenges and such this year, I have been gifted awesome books, journals etc. My head needs an attitude adjustment!! Tomorrow will be better for me and I am praying for you too 3y

At Agnes today and the first sign of Cornwall‘s tin mines. Been right up to these. #VirtualTour

How has Tuesday been? Quietish day at school but rates locally through the roof! We‘ve not had a positive case in school but only a matter of time, a lot of local schools have had cases.

#DailyCheckIn

TheBookHippie Cases rising -people refusing masks - school not too many so far 😬 it all freaks me out. 4y
BookwormM Not sure what to make of it any more. Lazy day reading here 4y
See All 44 Comments
Lynnsoprano A long walk, trying to keep calm and not worry. The news is so depressing. 4y
TheSpineView It is so easy to wear a mask. I don't get what a big deal it is. Everyone just wants to be safe. As for me, busy day but the good busy not hectic. It made my day go fast. Dreading the grocery store run this evening. But the alternative is not to eat... so I guess I'll stop tonight. 4y
Clwojick We haven‘t had a case in our city in quite some time. Here‘s to hoping it stays that way 🤞🏻 4y
Clwojick @TheSpineView I totally agree with you! So many people refusing to wear masks, or worse - they go out with it on, but pulled down under their chin! What‘s the point?! Why even bother! 😾 4y
Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick These pictures definitely make me think of the Poldark show. Today has been fine. Not having a phone for two days has been nice and quiet, but my BF confirmed he received my replacement and is charging it up for us to set up tonight. Lots of mindless busy work today in the office, so I listened to two Halloween audiobooks, plus part of Stephen King for my commute. A slow day in the office isn't bad, but I prefer to not be here. 4y
CBee Just trying to stay calm over here too 😂 4y
CocoReads Ugh. Up to 4 hours OT this week again. Same coworker called off again. Does she have the Rona? Who knows. Already planning on coming in early tomorrow to cover cuz even if she shows we‘re all in agreement that she needs to go get tested. And the main boss will be here tomorrow so he‘ll probably make her. Ugh. Gotta survive this week and next and then I‘ll have a much needed 7 days off! 4y
JenniferTapler Beautiful!! I‘m not in your check-in group, but I‘ll share anyway. 😉 I live in Maui, Hawaii. My son goes to private school that is the only school on island doing in person classes. Very good safety measures in place and ready to go virtual if needed. I‘m a Physical Therapist and have been on Administrative Leave for almost 7 weeks (probably losing my job), so that‘s been very stressful. Otherwise very hot here! Reading and crafting a lot. 4y
Andrew65 @JenniferTapler Everyone‘s welcome 😊 Good luck on the job front. 4y
Andrew65 @Clwojick We are deep in the second wave! So depressing when been through it all already and Winter still ahead! 😱 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie We‘ve imposed masks when parents dropping off and picking up masks. Interesting reactions to that policy but vast majority wearing them. 4y
Andrew65 @Lynnsoprano Beyond depressing and only 6th October. Gone from 45 cases per 100,000 to 125 cases per 100,000 in a week. 4y
Andrew65 @TheSpineView I don‘t get it either. When imposed masks at drop off said if wearing a mask for a few minutes saves just one life it is most definitely worth it. 4y
Andrew65 @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick What Stephen King book are you listening to? 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads It is a shirker‘s paradise, only have to claim Covid symptoms. 4y
kezzlou85 @Andrew65 been waiting for it here too. So far only one school nearish to us has had a positive case. Its only a matter of time. My youngest school has masks for pick up and drop off too. 4y
Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I'm listening to Lisey's Story. I'm about 4.5 discs through the 16 disc set and I'm a bit bored. I picked it up used for $2 last year and that's a lot of points for readathons & time, so I'll suck it up. I get through about 1 disc each day on the commute so 30-35 minutes at a time isn't so bad. 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Thanks, that‘s good to know. 4y
Andrew65 @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Thanks, not know that one. 4y
CocoReads @Andrew65 she is definitely a shirker when she‘s here but she is legit sick this time, with covid symptoms. She‘s says it‘s just a cold but how can you tell?🤷‍♀️ 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Our strong stipulation is if someone has Covid symptoms they cannot come back unless got negative test result. As you say likely to be a cold but may not be. (edited) 4y
CocoReads That‘s supposed to be how it is here too. If you fail the survey, it‘s supposed to direct you to the covid hotline to schedule test. The thing is, you can answer any way you want on the survey but since we‘ve all talked to her and can hear how awful she sounds, pretty sure the boss man will make her get tested before she comes back. 4y
kezzlou85 @Andrew65 seems to have gone okay. I only walk my daughter up. She walks back to the car so I sit and read. Most parents seem to obey though definitely at pick up at least. I watch them walk past with their masks. 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Had sone who try to say not need a test but if reported one of the three main symptoms not matter what helpline says they will not be allowed back without a negative test. If don‘t get a test done they need to stay off for 10 days. We strictly enforce that 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Taken a while but we have got there too. (edited) 4y
TheSpineView @Clwojick People are idiots. 4y
Susanita There's a big outbreak in a certain white house in the city where I work, so it's a good thing I've been working at home for the past six months. 4y
Andrew65 @Susanita 🤣🤣🤣🙈 4y
Andrew65 @Susanita Businesses here have to be Covid secure, doesn‘t sound like they are! 4y
Susanita It's a place of business as well as a residence. Surprising nobody, they're not cooperating with local health officials about contact tracing. 4y
Andrew65 @Susanita Surely he is still contagious! 4y
Susanita Ya think? 4y
Andrew65 @Susanita 🤣🤣🤣 4y
TheSpineView @Andrew65 Yeap! That sums it up! 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 yahhhhhh we have it mandated too except the people are selfish and insist Trump says they don‘t have too... 4y
Andrew65 Noticed he has been downplaying it over the past 24 hours, not helpful for organisations. @TheBookHippie (edited) 4y
tracey38 All I can say is that I am exhausted. Sleeping on my moms couch for 12 days has wrecked havoc on my back. Have her home with me now and am back to work, too. She did get a good report from her post-op appt today though! 4y
kezzlou85 @Andrew65 glad its finally getting there. Here its the same. If you have one of the symptoms you must get a test or you can't go to school. A couple of weeks ago there were no tests around here which was a nightmare. People were following the rules but couldn't get the test. 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Yes we had the same issue. 4y

Very different pictures today as we are in Blackpool, and to put it very simply there is only one Blackpool, as the pictures demonstrate!

#DailyCheckIn

How has the first day of the working week been for you?

TheBookHippie Welll that looks FUN!!! We‘ve been listening to the billion scenarios IF we do school next fall. My brain is exploding I‘m eating a cupcake ... How are you? 4y
BookwormM Steady work day so it went quickly hay fever still bad curled up now with 4y

Birdsong28 Loving the pictures! 📚 📖 4y
TrishB Ah Blackpool, scene of many a holiday in my youth. One summer I used to make everyone go to a certain cafe as they had Gary Numan on the juke box. I played the same song for an hour over lunch. Everyone loved me. 4y
TrishB Today has been ok, work felt normal, busy but not too stressed. Meetings most of the rest of the week now. Hope all ok with you Andrew. 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Worrying that our schools will be open in June! Media seem desperate to get schools back despite the vast majority in opinion polls being against it. Purchased face visors today for every member of staff and looking at what we need to do to control the risks. Blackpool is certainly an interesting place. 4y
Andrew65 @BookwormM Enjoy your book, and hope the hay fever improves soon. 4y
Andrew65 @Birdsong28 A few times recently we have driven our Motorhome through Blackpool, always great fun. 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 😳😫 if ppl have their way they‘ll be open here..... ugh 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Plain ridiculous! 😱 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Beautiful pics as always! My brain is about to explode too @thebookhippie !! Trying to figure out who are nurses is stressing me out! I go back to work tomorrow for 3 days so maybe I will get some sanity without the news on! And then I saw there is a “murder hornet“ in the US from Asia!! WTH!!!! 4y
Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Blackpool looks fun! Today had been a tame Monday so far. Making some reservations for contract clients to finish out the day. My body is a bit stiff from couch time this weekend so I'll do some yoga and a bit of cleaning before relaxing with a book. I have very slowly worked my way through watching Parks & Rec at lunch time, and have now finished. It was a fun series. 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB Meetings do seem to take up our time. I spent a small time in school this morning for documents, invoices, orders etc that need signing. All feels very surreal although I did get there at 6.40 am. In main fine but stressing about schools reopening and how you can possibly keep children and staff safe. 4y
Andrew65 @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks That Hornet doesn‘t sound fun! 🐝 Hope you do get some sanity tomorrow away from the media and everything else. Good luck at work tomorrow. 4y
Andrew65 @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Sounds an overall good day. Blackpool is most definitely unique, we won‘t come anywhere quite like it on the rest of our travels. 4y
TrishB My kids are thankfully not school age, but everyone I know with school aged kids is worried sick - both about their own families and the staff ☹️ I have a bad feeling that lots of things are going to be relaxed at the end of this week. So much pressure from businesses. But I don‘t see where the pressure is for schools? 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB I think it is the media, Lead of OFSTED, children‘s commissioner and so parents can go to work. I think it might be at least another couple of weeks before things are eased but opinion polls should more than two-thirds don‘t want this to happen. Seems ridiculous when talking about easing things when number of deaths and confirmed cases much higher than when we went into lockdown. 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB I think a lot of people will keep their children off school. We had more than half off in the week leading up to closure. (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB Currently trying to source PPE resources as clearly can‘t rely on the government for this. 4y
CocoReads Not a bad day, felt almost normal. Inpatient and outpatient Surgery is back open. We closed the inpatient surgical floor back in March and as of today it‘s back open with a whopping 9 patients. Time flew by today—no chance to be bored. The county I live in starts required masking in stores tomorrow. 4y
kezzlou85 Hope you've had a better day today @Andrew65 . Mine was, more home learning but into the swing of it now. Gotta brave the supermarket tomorrow. 4y
TrishB Just what you thought you‘d be doing! Such a pressure and then you‘re taking resources off the NHS. Why should schools have to do this ☹️ think it‘s unlikely we‘ll go back to the office until July. But we‘ll see. The uncertainty doesn‘t help either. 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB Crazy! The local company we are using don‘t provide the NHS because quantities they can provide are too small. Why the government aren‘t using these smaller providers I don‘t know. That was my concern! Government hint they will provide, now why don‘t I trust that! 🤔 look at the mess they made of vouchers. We had to make alternative (and better) arrangements there too. Feel I‘ve got to protect my staff. It is the uncertainty which is worse 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 I‘m frustrated by home learning as can‘t provide what our children need, and work in a very high deprivation area so many don‘t have resources for online or people that can support them in it. 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads sounds like some much needed normality. Shocked to see how, was it California, backed off on that requirement. 4y
CocoReads I know someplace in Oklahoma did. It‘s hard to believe the number of people who refuse to do it. But there are idiots everywhere 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads At the moment there seem to be so many #Covidiots! 4y
CocoReads @Andrew65 and those are going to be the first to be the demanding and assholish patients we all hate to see. 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Yes most definitely! 4y
Itchyfeetreader Oh Blackpool! So many hols there when I was little! I‘m ok. Taking some joy in my not having killed the seeds I planted when we locked down! I feel for you. I worry the end of the week will see changes for the sake of making changes. 4y
Velvetfur I love Blackpool! These are great pics! Today a lady phoned me from the local job centre to check all was ok with my recent UC payment. We had a chat and she's going to give my number to her colleague in another dept who informs people of current jobs available. Apparently there are still jobs out there! So that's a little bit of hope 😊 4y
TheSpineView Today was good but I do have headache. I just want to lie down and close my eyes. 4y
Velvetfur Schools back in June??? So....what about the summer holidays? Would they be cancelled because of the time off kids have already had, and the school year run later than usual? Can parents just refuse to send their kids back to school, and home school if at all possible? I'm so confused! 4y
Velvetfur @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Murder hornet?!?! Hornets are one of the few animals I actually hate, as they're pure evil, so I'm gonna have to Google this one, scary as it is...! 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur I would normally say can‘t get staff to work in Summer because not in their contracts but everything screwed up this year so who knows what happens. Staff have a,ready worked over the Easter holidays. But when do they get a break? At this rate after this people will leave in droves if not handled right. If not careful people will reach breaking point, I know I haven‘t had any sort of proper break recently. (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Also children not really had time off either work has gone to them every week since schools shut including some over the Easter holidays. But who knows what will happen. Half expecting unions to step in at some point especially around staff safety. I cannot guarantee safety of children or staff. I do not think a lot of children will send children back, also approaching a third of staff who are shielded. Who teaches them? Mine field! (edited) 4y
Velvetfur @Andrew65 Oh gosh, that really is all a mess! You of all people need a break, you've been knocking yourself out lately by the sound of it 🙁 I don't reckon it'll happen though, it's a logistical nightmare and going to school just doesn't matter when hundreds of people are dying every day, hopefully the incompetents (govt) will realise that. 💜 4y
tracey38 Fun pictures and lots of color! Today was a busy day at work but the day went by quickly, so that's a positive! Other than that, just tired as usual. 😉 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur I feel certain it will happen at some point and I get the impression it will be sone time in June. 4y
Andrew65 @tracey38 Get a good rest. 😊 4y
Velvetfur @Andrew65 Ugh... Dunno what else to say 🙁 4y
tracey38 @TheBookHippie yes, eat a cupcake! A coworker brought in Krispy Kreme donuts as they are giving a dozen free to healthcare workers right now on Mondays. Sad to say I had more than one today... 🤪 @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks yes, as if things couldn't get worse, there are now giant murder hornets! I just can't anymore... 4y
GHABI4ROSES I have had a good Monday vibe; professionally, I feel more stable today (not that there is Income, but I am remembering where it fits into my daily). Other Goals: not yet? Thank you for keeping us together on here! 4y
TheBookHippie @tracey38 LOVED the cupcake ...I ate two 💯🧁🧁 4y
tracey38 @TheBookHippie yay! And I don't feel bad at all about my donuts. They were good, too. 😆 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Velvetfur google it! It was on the national news today!! 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Does rather beggar belief! We‘ll have to just see how it plays out. At least I will have some say over the controls we put in. 4y
gradcat @Andrew65 Did you happen to see “Viva Blackpool” on television? It was several years ago, I think...anyway, that show made me realize that there is actually a part of Britain that is like our Las Vegas! ♥️ 4y
kezzlou85 @Andrew65 thats understandable. This situation is so difficult. There's going to be no easy or right answers to how to send schools back. Im not sure taking the summer holidays away is necessarily a good idea though. The teachers need a break and the kids will want one too especially if lockdown has eased by then. 4y
Velvetfur @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Oh my lord..... Now I want to come to America and chase hornets, then when I catch them - off with their heads!! 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 Love this!! I want to see Blackpool!! I‘m going to look for a video on YT!! Thank you, Andrew!! 4y
margreads I went to Blackpool once when i lived in the UK. I was so pleased to see sand on the beaches even if it was black! 4y

Onto to the Loch Lomond area today and the beauty of Stirling Castle in the #VirtualTour of Scotland.

How was Monday for you today! How is your mood?

#DailyCheckin

Birdsong28 Loved walking round Stirling Castle. It was very interesting. 📚📖 4y
Andrew65 @Birdsong28 It is a beautiful castle. 4y
See All 60 Comments
IamIamIam Oh wow, I just looked up more photos of Stirling Castle and it's incredible!!! 😍 A slightly better day today. My son opened up to me about how he's still scared for everyone and misses his friends so we set up a Google Meet with our neighbors and another one with a good friend tomorrow. It's complicated for us but even more so for the kids. 🤞 Better days ahead! Numbers are going down in NY! Love to everyone today! 💓 4y
kezzlou85 Back to home learning which seemed quite daunting but went okay. Though my ten year old reading a chapter about dogs being put down during the war was a tough subject. Hope everyone else is well. 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam Yes very difficult for all of us, we are all bottling things up whether adult or children. Well done on being there fir him and putting some steps in place. 🥰 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Yes spect a lot of today exploring resources out there, much of which isn‘t meeting me high standards. Back at it tomorrow. 4y
IamIamIam @Andrew65 He's been really a hot mess, getting angry and lashing out, totally checking out and playing video games most of the day. I cut them off at 5pm and he plays Animal Crossing, lol, but I talked to him the other day about anxiety and what that's like. Today he opened up a lot more and thanked me for listening. I told him I'm not the enemy and if he starts a conversation being defensive, I'm going to be angry too. Learning curves all over! 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam So very tough for all around and a steep learning curve for all of us. No previous experience to be able to pull from. We are all writing the book! 4y
IamIamIam @Andrew65 Haha, isn't THAT the truth!!! Just gotta roll with the punches!!! How are you and your wife holding up? 4y
kezzlou85 @Andrew65 oh yeah. Some clearer than others here. I hope you can get things sorted. 4y
TrishB Another 14 hours of fun working at home today. 7am-9pm. Just about to eat. Highlight - my daughter came to me with a list of best YA to read on lockdown and asked if I had any. I had them all and she‘s reading away now! 4y
tracey38 Ok here. Worked my first day from home scheduling patients and such. It was such a dreary and rainy day, I just wanted to lay around and read! Now that work is done, the rain is gone. Oh well, still gonna go read. 😉 4y
tracey38 @TrishB Nice that you had them all! 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam Fine but went a bit stir crazy and fed up yesterday. Better today but more of my focus has been on work today. 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 The main one been launched by government was very dry, bored me to tears and has some issues with the lesson I watched. 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB That‘s the problem with working from home, in cut off points. I‘m typing this between discussion texts linked to some online lessons. That was great success with the YA books. 4y
Andrew65 @tracey38 Can‘t believe the weather we have had in lockdown in general, a lot of very sunny days. 4y
CocoReads The weather was nice today although I spent much of it inside at work. I have tomorrow off but it‘s supposed to be yucky. But we need groceries and my hub is working tomorrow so I shall gear up and get them myself! They‘re opening our main entrance back up on Wednesday and thinking about starting surgery back up next week. I‘m not sure how I feel about that. 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Let‘s hope they are not starting things up too soon. 4y
CocoReads Our numbers on our half of the state are still pretty low but I do think it‘s too early to start elective surgeries back up. I‘m pretty sure we‘re still limiting visitors though so opening up is still a slow process. I am relieved to not need the extra walking to get to the river entrance though. 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Hopefully a positive sign if not too soon. 4y
Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Feeling a bit sluggish today. I didn't put 100% into work today but we all have those days, I suppose, especially now. I've been keeping myself on schedule with my yoga program & I don't want to disappoint myself, so I'll push through to do it today. I can muster the energy for 30 minutes. Hoping it gives me a boost for the evening. 4y
Velvetfur That bottom left picture of Killin 😍💜 Thank you so much for these beautiful pictures every day Andrew, much appreciated! I've been working through all the magazines today (see my post from today about them), then I was trying to complete a module on Duolingo for Spanish practice, but the damn tablet is being a stinking pile of poo so now I've turned it off in a huff! 😂 4y
Velvetfur @IamIamIam Aw bless your son, I'm glad he opened up to you though, it's better than him keeping it inside and making himself ill with stress. Sounds like you're doing a great job supporting him too 💜 4y
IamIamIam @Velvetfur Aww, that means a lot!!! Thank you! I'm just as much of a mess as he is but we both need to work together if we're going to get through this. 6 weeks in and it finally clicked! 💓 4y
TheBookHippie Alll that beauty !!!!! I love it. @CocoReads the counties above and besides me went up and continue too ... yikes 😫 we don‘t look so good for numbers compared to actual people either but it‘s a steady incline not massive... hard call on how to open up. 4y
TheBookHippie @TrishB yay for YA!!!! 4y
TheBookHippie @IamIamIam my 13 year old son was having anxiety too I think it‘s such a loss for kiddos to not see their friends more so than us. Hugs to you guys we are all learning to manage these days... 4y
Velvetfur @TrishB I hope that's just a one-off, doing all those hours, I mean just because you're at home doesn't mean work can take even more from you, like your family time for example 😠 That's lovely to hear that you had all the books your daughter wanted though! I bet the little poppet is so happy, aahh 😍 4y
TheBookHippie @Velvetfur I am so worried about not using my daily Spanish I am making my adult daughter speak only Spanish to me 🤷🏽‍♀️ 4y
IamIamIam @TheBookHippie It's really hard on them. I highly suggest digital meetings with their friends if possible because my son is a totally different person today than he has been! He spent 3 hours on his Chromebook drawing with our neighbors. I hope you guys can find a way to relieve some of his anxiety! Lots of love to you!!! 4y
Velvetfur @IamIamIam you're welcome, I'm glad you're all there to support each other though and you're not going through this alone. And @TheBookHippie it must be so disorientating for the young ones, especially at the ages when they're just starting to work out who they are and their place in the world....and now they've got this to contend with 🙁 4y
Velvetfur @TheBookHippie Oh that's handy that you have a real person to practice Spanish with! Good for you 👍😁 4y
CocoReads @TheBookHippie yes, Berrien County is going up too, although not rapidly but there doesn‘t seem to be a good way of predicting if it‘s going to jump or remain steady or hopefully, go down. 4y
TheBookHippie @IamIamIam he has zoom class daily where he sees his teacher and classmates, but on Fridays they play a game over zoom and Saturdays do music.. it all helps I think we just need better weather day 39 inside not so much fun. We‘ve also been playing board games which helps! I agree they need their time with others so much at this age. @Velvetfur 4y
TheBookHippie @CocoReads that‘s the part that freaks me out!!! 4y
TheSpineView Back at work today and very busy. I was starting to get used to being at home and would liked to have stayed home longer. I know everyone else wants to not be home. Never happy are we! 4y
GHABI4ROSES The water and castle shots are gorgeous, AS ALWAYS! Thank you☀️ 4y
Crazeedi Thank you Andrew for cheering me up with the beautiful photos! Such views are incredible, makes me smile. Hope your evening is peaceful 4y
CocoReads @TheBookHippie yes, freaks me out too. I hate the not knowing. And so many people are, excuse me, dumbasses. 4y
TheBookHippie @CocoReads kinder than the asshats I‘ve been using to describe them 🤣 4y
Suet624 @TrishB that‘s wonderful! 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 Little sleep again, but Xena seems better. Mood is def better today. I need a vegan brownie. Lol Andrew, this was such a wonderful idea, thank you It‘s def uplifting!🌻 4y
eanderson It wasn‘t great. My son had a pediatrician appointment for his 6th month well baby check and we got kicked out because he has an occasional cough. My doctor thinks it‘s allergies or teething but they wouldn‘t do the check up because they couldn‘t risk him having Covid19. I‘m over this! 4y
DieAReader @TheBookHippie @CocoReads didn‘t someone label them as “Covidiots”? Suiting if you ask me! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤣 4y
DieAReader Just getting to this now. Was a long day yesterday (when this was posted). Did groceries for us & also picked up a few things for my grandma. Did a curb side pickup at Canadian Tire for Kev & then between showering, sanitizing doing a couple loads of laundry & making supper I basically ate & went to bed. Mentally/emotionally exhausted & hurting after walking on concrete floors & sitting/driving all day. 😖🥱🎶 4y
CocoReads @SquidgetsRoom yes #covidiots is the best description ever! I just got back from the first grocery trip I‘ve done in a month. Sanitizer and put the perishables away-the rest will have to wait til my hub gets home (he‘s working today)-it‘s exhausting. 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Killin is simply beautiful. 4y
Andrew65 @TheSpineView No I don‘t think we ever are happy. 4y
Andrew65 @Crazeedi Pleased to see it helps people. 4y
Andrew65 @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Hope you had a better evening. 4y
Andrew65 @JanuarieTimewalker13 That‘s great that it is having an uplifting effect. 4y
Andrew65 @eanderson Not good! Like you, can we not return to normal now! 4y
Andrew65 @SquidgetsRoom @TheBookHippie @Cocoreads I can‘t believe all these protests and opening up when it is still so rife! Only lead to a second peak that could be worse than the first! Think helped in U.K. that the Prime Minister came close to death with it, giving him a different and far more cautious aspect to it. Yes people are worried about the economy but if have to have a second shutdown will be even worse. (edited) 4y
DieAReader @Andrew65 The Native Reserves in my are got the 🟢 to re-open the smoke shops, gas bars & likely the Cannabis store as of tomorrow morning. Many (native & non-native) will flock for gas & tobacco etc..and many (myself inc.) fear this will lead to cases in our district. Both neighbouring districts have a few confirmed cases. Although there are fines for being out for non-essentials people are still refuse to comply. 😡🙁 4y
Andrew65 @SquidgetsRoom Not really seeing this issue in U.K., or at least not protests against lockdown. 4y
DieAReader No protests that I‘ve heard of here. People are just simply outright defying the provincial & municipal laws. Too many people out & about considering schools are closed, many people have been laid off or work from home. Where I live is rural community. It should be more of a ghost town than it is. Not enough taking things seriously 🤬 Selfishness! 4y
Andrew65 @SquidgetsRoom Total selfishness, saw one woman saying she‘s healthy enough and will survive if catches it. Sure there are plenty of people that have died who felt the same thing. 😢 4y
DieAReader @Andrew65 🤬🥺🤦🏻‍♀️ 4y

Our virtual tour has reached Edinburgh and 3 pictures just wasn‘t enough. We have the Castle, Arthur‘s Seat, Portobello Beach (a favourite) and the Golden Mile! Home to many literary works, Rebus and Tony McLean to name two detectives and of course home to 44 Scotland Street Series, and of course Kate Atkinson.

How has your day been today? What rollercoaster of emotions have you been on? How have people still in work coped? #DailyCheckin

Birdsong28 Loving this virtual tour. Hope you are ok. 📚📖 4y
Andrew65 @Birdsong28 Yes, stressful parts of the day today, but that part over now and trying to relax. Hope you are okay. Much better weather today. Wall to wall sunshine. Loving putting the pictures together for the virtual tour. 4y

BookwormM Glad you are enjoying your virtual tour. Today was the start of week 4 working from home better as busier today I love my commute but miss company 4y
Birdsong28 @andrew65 Been ok today thanks. Started to do a jigsaw with my mum to pass the time. 4y
Andrew65 @BookwormM Week 3 for me, and yes miss company and just being able to go to people and discuss things. This is leading to miscommunications or misinterpretations of message. Spent a lot of today on the phone as a result. 4y
Andrew65 @Birdsong28 I love jigsaws! 4y
IamIamIam What incredible architecture! I loved visiting castles when we visited Ireland and the classic architecture you showed us is gorgeous! ? Not an awful day so far. NY is on "pause" through April 29th now. Today, I'm just trying to maintain and make sure we all have clean underwear for the week! Lol... love to all!! 4y
Daisey This is a great idea! I spent just a few days in Edinburgh during a college trip many years ago and it was amazing. This brought back some fun memories. 4y
kezzlou85 Edinburgh always looks so beautiful. Had an okay day though daughter got bitten by something yesterday and has quite a few bites on her. Happy on herself though. 4y
Andrew65 Day just took a turn for worse, Prime Minister now been transferred to Intensive Care. Sending best wishes for a recovery from this Boris. 🙏 (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam I love Edinburgh, just has a different feel to it.very cosmopolitan feel, this is helped by the architecture. Best wishes to you too. 💓 4y
Andrew65 @Daisey Glad to see it could bring back some happy memories. 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Ouch, that‘s the problem with sun and warm weather, brings all the little critters out. Hope not itching too much. (edited) 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks So beautiful!! We are staying busy here! We have been painting shutters, doing yard work, weeding flower beds, cleaning house. I‘m about to start on some #LitsyLove and then try to read. I haven‘t watched any news today. I did have to go to the Post Office to mail something to Christine. People do NOT understand what 6 feet away means! I had my mask and gloves on! A little anxiety, but I just keep praying 🙏🏻❤️ sending lots of love to you friend. 4y
Andrew65 @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Thanks Misty, sounds a busy and productive day. Sending love and best wishes to you too ❤️ 🥰 I just don‘t know why some aren‘t taking this seriously, forget six feet, I want nine feet or more. Separate rooms even better! 😳Stay safe. 4y
melissajayne Had a rough day yesterday; not one, but two meltdowns (second meltdown started at around 11:30 pm) 4y
gradcat @Andrew65 We‘re all well in my house, though my state, Louisiana, is now in jeopardy of running out of ventilators & ICU beds very soon. It‘s getting dire here. And I have kept up with the status of your PM...it‘s so sad...he went from doing the daily briefings to ICU in quite a short time. Sorry for you guys.... Meanwhile, I‘m loving my virtual tour f Scotland! ♥️♥️♥️ (edited) 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Andrew65 exactly!!! I didn‘t want to go out, but I had to! ❤️❤️ 4y
Andrew65 @melissajayne Sending positive thoughts and best wishes. Totally understandable in these difficult, uncertain and anxiety ridden times. Take care 💓 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @gradcat 😥😥😥😥 4y
Andrew65 @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks That‘s the problem, there are tones going out is essential. Our fruit and milk is dwindling. No chance of home delivery locally either. (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @gradcat So many countries in same situation struggling to keep up with this ventilator / bed issue. They have been turning some of our conference centres into hospitals. The biggest is in London, converted in 9 days I believe. 4000 beds! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-52150598 (edited) 4y
CocoReads Ok today. We finally have a new masking procedure so everyone gets a mask when they arrive. We have to wear the same one all day but it‘s better than nothing. Latest projections show our area not peaking until mid June or later so that‘s depressing. I guess we wait and see. 4y
CocoReads @Andrew65 just saw that about your PM-prayers for him. We watched the Queen‘s speech this morning here at work. Since ya know, we don‘t have any real leadership here in the US. 😬😬 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Only fourth time queen has made a speech like that during 68 years of her reign.🙏🤞 he pulls through. Thank goodness about the masks. Peaking in mid June! I bet they‘ve got that wrong given the pace this thing seems to spread. Predicting peak in next 7 - 10 days here. and only really started in March. (edited) 4y
CocoReads @Andrew65 we‘re pretty rural in this part of Michigan so although Detroit is hot right now, we‘re not accelerating too fast. We‘re close to Chicago though so that may skew things a bit. I‘m actually 🙏 that we won‘t be as hard hit as the bigger areas but it seems unavoidable. Especially with all the #covidiots out there. 4y
gradcat @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Thanks for caring! 🥰 4y
gradcat @Andrew65 That‘s happening with great speed in New York City—they even have back-up beds for non-Covid patients in Central Park! It‘s becoming so unreal to me...it seems like fiction, only it‘s not, and it‘s completely frightening! 😱 Stay safe, and I hope you are taking care of yourself!! ♥️♥️♥️ 4y
youneverarrived I love Edinburgh 😍 I‘ve been in the hospital all day, hoping this little one arrives soon but no signs as yet. The midwifes have said it‘s only since this weekend they‘ve been able to wear masks although they were asking for them before and that they aren‘t liking it at all which is obviously understandable. 4y
Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Hi @Andrew65 I'm doing OK. Starting week 4 working from home, and that's really been fine. But it is day 1 without half of our Sales & Marketing team. Just had a call with our CMO & it sounds like we are all invigorated to uncover more business & help bring back our friends/ colleagues as soon as business allows. My family is still healthy (on the outside, anyway). I hope Boris pulls through. Hugs from across the pond in NJ, USA! 4y
squirrelbrain 🤞 @youneverarrived - thinking of you and sending positive thoughts 😘 4y
Hooked_on_books I love Edinburgh! That castle has always looked to me as though it burst out of the rock. Gorgeous. I spent a month there in ‘04. Fond memories. 4y
youneverarrived @squirrelbrain thanks Helen 🤗🤗 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @gradcat I‘m just seeing that.. I wish he hadn‘t waited 10 days... it‘s a good sign that he isn‘t on a ventilator! I pray he is ok 🙏🏻❤️ 4y
Andrew65 @youneverarrived Good luck with the arrivals, all over there has been a clear shortage of PPE equipment. After this all countries need to put in better plans to deal with emergencies such as these. 4y
youneverarrived Thank you. Oh definitely. They‘re on the frontline and should have been better protected from the start. 4y
Andrew65 @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Thanks Kelly, sounds as though there is some positive talk in there. Hopefully things improve soon for you and everyone. Thanks for your thoughts, very worrying when it is the leader of the country and the energy behind the plan. Countries need to work more together on this! (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @youneverarrived Agreed. Was speaking to a member of staff today who had a scan, husband not allowed so that upset her and said similar about lack of precautions. 4y
LiteraryinLawrence @youneverarrived I‘m sure it feels like forever to wait, but I bet he or she will arrive soon! 4y
Velvetfur [msg 1] Those photos are gorgeous, I'd love to visit Edinburgh one day! For the last few days I've been in a fight with my phone - it wouldn't recognise the SIM card so I ordered a new one, as the old one had come apart a bit (the nano SIM had popped out of the micro SIM). New one not recognised either, I found that the SIM won't go all the way into the slot, even when pushed. Then had delay registering new one because the text with the code 4y
youneverarrived @Andrew65 it‘s such an exciting time having a baby it‘s really sad that partners can‘t be there for scans or until in established labour, but I totally understand why it needs to be done. 4y
Velvetfur [msg 2] didn't arrive! So had to wait for email help to resolve. Popped to parents' to collect Mum's old phone (not a smartphone!) to put new SIM into so can make & receive calls and texts. So now smartphone only works on WiFi....not very 'smart', this phone.... 4y
youneverarrived @LiteraryinLititz I really hope so 🤞❤️ 4y
Velvetfur [msg 3] oops I meant the email with the code didn't arrive - of course no text was going to arrive! So these last few days have been a whole load of hassle I could have done without. Oh and the pharmacy have said I'll have to wait an extra 5 days as my order is special, direct from manufacturer, and I've waited 5 days already. It's only some zinc tablets! 4y
Velvetfur [msg 4] I meant my prescription is special, not my order! Good grief, I blame all this 'getting mixed up' on the perimenopause, it's handy having that to now blame for everything 😂 4y
Velvetfur @melissajayne I had a meltdown just after our lockdown started, so I can totally understand you having two, although I can't imagine how bad that was for you to go through.... You have my full sympathy, I'm sending you love and strength to get through this xxx 4y
Andrew65 @youneverarrived Yes understandable but so sad. how long before grandparents will be able to hold their grandchild! (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Not very smart this smart phone 😂 Great phrasing. 4y
Velvetfur @youneverarrived Thinking of you, and the forthcoming little one xxx 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Sounds like you have had a hassled filled few days. hoped things settle down for you and that the phone works and you manage to get your orders filled. 4y
Velvetfur @Andrew65 Hehehe! Yeah this phone has been playing up, on and off, for months now, but I haven't had enough money to buy a new one, so I'll have to see what I can save from the upcoming UC payments. Fonez! Y u so Xpensiv?!?! 4y
Velvetfur @Andrew65 Thank you, about the prescription as well 😊 That poor lady I've seen in the pharmacy these last few visits, she doesn't have proper PPE and it's so busy there 🙁 Oh and I didn't know Boris had gone to intensive care, that's scary, I'm going to look it up now 🙁 4y
TheSpineView Love the pics. I have never been but hope to one day. As for myself, I am doing good. I could complain a little but honestly that would not be fair to people that have it so much worse. 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Problem is they made phones into mini computers and then they cost the Earth. 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Yes 🤞 Not good signs! Whether you like him or not or his politics, not good. 4y
Andrew65 @TheSpineView I know I think a lot of us feel like that at the moment. 4y
tracey38 I'm also loving this virtual tour. Such beautiful pictures. I'm ok, really trying to keep anxiety at bay. Work is pretty much the same but I get so anxious being around people in the clinic. I get there and just can't wait to go home. I heard a out your PM and prayers for his quick recovery! 4y
Eggs These photos!!! Thanks so much for sharing them. Scotland needs to go on the Bucket List💚💙💚. @Andrew65 (edited) 4y
Eggs @youneverarrived Hang in there, dear ❤️❤️Thinking of you lots! My middle child was significantly late, so I understand. She burst on the scene at last at 8 lbs 12 oz!!!!! ((((Hugs)))) from across the miles ! 4y
Andrew65 @Eggs It is a very beautiful place, starting heading up to the highlands tomorrow. 4y
Andrew65 @tracey38 Pleased to see people are enjoying it. Need to work out where we stop next. Not surprising you are anxious at this time, who wouldn‘t be! (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @Eggs I was only 4lb 4 Oz when born. 4y
JenReadsAlot I've been to Edinburgh twice so love seeing these pictures!! 4y
DieAReader Beautiful pics @Andrew65 I love seeing new ones everyday! Thanks so much for doing this for us all 🥰 I am completely out of sorts it seems. Scattered thoughts, focus ect...I am getting nothing accomplished & it‘s very frustrating. Not quite sure what to do with myself right now even though, I have a million things that I want/need to do or at least start. 🤦🏻‍♀️🥺😥 4y
JacqMac You‘re the best @Andrew65 Edinburgh is so beautiful. It‘s on my bucket list. It was a pretty good day here. The kids finally seem to be settling into a routine. They were FaceTiming with friends to do homework and play video games. They were having a hard time last week without all the social interactions. I ran out to buy some milk for our elderly neighbors. They had a milk emergency. It felt good to do something useful. 4y
JacqMac @melissajayne Hugs. It‘s a lot of stress. 4y
JacqMac @SquidgetsRoom I have been feeling like this, too. It‘s very hard to focus on anything. 4y
Texreader I was dragging all morning but managed to get in a mostly productive work day. Then found out our building has had 1 positive virus case. I‘ve only been back to the building once in the last 3 weeks so you‘d know it was a day after the person who tested positive was there. It‘s been 4 days since I was there and I feel fine. So am I good? 4y
TheBookHippie Beautiful pictures. I played board games most the day with my son. Watched tv ...had a lazy day..so to speak. Checked in on friends via phone calls. 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 Am so worried about the PM 😭😭❤️ 4y
TheBookHippie @CocoReads Isn‘t Detroit nuts?! I‘m praying with you out here on the lake we‘re closer to Chicago too but man our numbers 😫😭😭😭 4y
TheBookHippie @tracey38 Thinking of you! I am so worried about all our littens out there I‘m this mess. 4y
TheBookHippie @Velvetfur @melissajayne I had a huge meltdown too ..it‘s grieving ..I‘m in week 5 or 6? So it comes and goes... surreal . Sending hugs. 4y
DieAReader @JacqMac I sure hope it passes soon. Mentally exhausted 🥺😥 4y
CarolynM Lovely photos of Edinburgh😍 Thanks for the happy memories🙂 4y
Velvetfur @TheBookHippie Sorry to hear it 🙁 sending hugs to you too xxx 4y
CocoReads @TheBookHippie—where are you? Yes-the numbers are not great. And it‘s hard when people refuse to stay home. 4y
youneverarrived @Velvetfur thanks so much x 4y
youneverarrived @Eggs oh that‘s a good size baby 😂❤️ thank you so much x 4y
TheBookHippie @CocoReads I‘m on the lake in Holland township -northwest of the city of Holland. They don‘t stay in here either 😫🤦🏽‍♀️ 4y
CocoReads Ah I‘ve been to Holland! I‘m farther down—work in Niles MI, live in South Bend, IN. I hate to think what‘s going to happen this summer when it‘s warm enough to beach. 4y
GHABI4ROSES Four of these boxes made my heart flutter! 4y
Andrew65 @GHABI4ROSES That‘s good. 😀 4y
Andrew65 @JenReadsAlot Always good to bring back happy memories. 4y
Andrew65 @SquidgetsRoom We are all out of sorts because the world is out of sorts and out of balance. Take some pressure off yourself and just do what you can. Audiobooks helped me get a bit of focus back. 4y
Andrew65 @JacqMac Hard on is, so cannot estimate the impact it is having on the kids. Thanks for the compliment, jus give us something to look forward every night. 4y
Andrew65 @Texreader Hopefully you should be okay. When you know of a case your connected with it does make you count back as I did last night and does cause some worry. I know from my own experience. 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Me too re PM, we are Toledo he is getting oxygen but not on a ventilator. 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Th meltdowns are totally understandable, let‘s take this one day at a time. We can do it by supporting such other. Take care and try to take some pressure off yourself. We will need this energy to support children in the coming weeks, during this and after this. 🥰 4y
Andrew65 @CarolynM Edinburgh is just so different to any other city I know, great place. And a mixture of everything! (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Don‘t stay in anywhere, tougher action is needed if it infringes on our freedoms for a short while. Short term pain long term gain. 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads In U.K. been using beach patrols to limit access to the beaches and move people on. 4y
DieAReader Thanks @Andrew65 It‘s an unbelievably uncertain & scary time right now for sure. As someone who (generally) is a creature of habit & abhors change, everything feels surreal & my anxiety/mental health are all suffering. It‘s an extremely frightening time for me to be unmedicated & completely unsupervised by a health care practitioner. Losing a lot of sleep & that in and of itself is also creating more problems & worries/anxieties. 😥🥺😣 4y

Something a bit different for us today, we‘re all going on Virtual Holiday. Why? 2 reasons
1. We all need a break from all this mess, and what better than a holiday.
2. I should have got in my MUCH. smaller Motorhome and be driving to Scotland tonight. 😢
So I‘ve ordered this super big Motorhome and we‘re going on a Virtual Tour of Scotland for two weeks, get strapped in and enjoy. At check in time I‘ll post some pictures over the next 2 weeks!

Andrew65 Don‘t forget to pack your books. Still tell us how things are going so we can offer help, advice and support as usual, but also each night feel free to tell us about one of your holidays. 4y
Tove_Reads Today I watched a TV show where they were in a restaurant. Not the biggest fan of sci-fi, but that‘s what it is nowadays 🤔😞😳 4y

IamIamIam I love it!!! Scotland is on my bucket list!! ❤ Doing okay today, even while the virus starts hitting closer to home than I'd like. Chin up! Love to all today! 4y
GHABI4ROSES Oh, how FUN! I recall that this was a scheduled trip time for you! I plan to check back with my page count for the extended ReadAThon 💖 @Andrew65 @SquidgetsRoom 4y
Andrew65 Today was another intense day as we organised staffing over the next four weeks as well as ensuring over that four weeks that everyone gets two week break away from school. Wow that was a task and a half. Also organising who would be phoning whom of the 400 children weekly. Two tasks to blow your mind and communicate with staff about them. Hopefully everything sorted now. 4y
Andrew65 @Tove_Reads Science fiction and history all around us at the moment, not forgetting fantasy of going to the pub for a meal! 🤔 4y
AprilMae Today I am cooking! I'm making lasagna with my mom's homemade spaghetti sauce recipe, so it's time consuming to keep my mind off of stuff! My favorite trip was 3 weeks in Germany when I was in High School! I enjoyed it so much, I came back with orange hair!! (Natural super white blonde hair so the color really stood out lol) 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam Yes, far too close and far too real. Confirmed today that the member of staff does have Covid 19. She‘s said pneumonia was a walk in the park in comparison! Vet I‘ll but at home, I‘m hoping she‘s on the journey to recovery. Enjoy Scotland 😊 4y
Andrew65 @GHABI4ROSES Look forward you seeing it and enjoy Scotland. (edited) 4y
Q84 Oh that sounds fun! I'd love to travel to Scotland. Anywhere really but yeah. Let's get going😁 🚐 4y
Andrew65 @AprilMae Love home made Lasagne. And a long process so helps to keep your mind off things. 4y
Andrew65 @AprilMae Always wanted to go to Germany. Sounds idyllic, wonder if I‘d suit orange hair? 4y
gradcat @Andrew65 I‘ve never been to Scotland! I‘m excited! I‘m sure @EadieB will be happy to go along as well, seeing as she also had to put off her trip. Let‘s go! 🧳 🚍 ♥️ 4y
Andrew65 @Q84 Climb aboard! 👍😊 4y
Andrew65 @gradcat Great to have you with us! 😊 4y
jb72 Sounds pretty cool 😎 I‘ve never been to Scotland. 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 @AprilMae I've been doing a lot of cooking too. We already had my 3 lb meatloaf with mashed potatoes, beef gravy and broccoli all week and tonight I'm making angel hair pasta to go along with the last 2 pieces of meatloaf. I just got meat from the store delivered and next week we are having crockpot beef stew, pork roast with potatoes and carrots.
Looking forward to trip to Scotland as I had to cancel my August trip I had scheduled.
4y
eanderson Count me in!!! Today I went for a run and then watched several episodes of New Girl. I also got some reading in! 4y
Andrew65 @jb72 Great to have you with us for this virtual tour. 👍😊 4y
kezzlou85 Aww great idea. We pushed our holiday to Tenerife back a year today. We weren't meant to go until August and I'm hoping it will be better by then but I'm not sure I'll be happy going far away so soon after. X 4y
Andrew65 @eanderson That sounds like a very productive day and good to have you with us on our trip. 😊👍 4y
Birdsong28 What a wonderful idea. Scotland is beautiful ❤️📚📖 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB I love how you are managing to get food delivered! All that cooking sounds idyllic. Great to have you with us on our virtual tour. 😊👍 (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @Birdsong28 My favourite place and now we‘ve got our little check in community we needed to do something positive together. First stop tomorrow Berwick Upon Tweed on the Scottish Border. Climb aboard. 😊👍 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 I know I am lucky to get food deliveries and I now have 2 stores to deal with which is great because can get sale items from both of them. I was suppose to get 2 rolls of TP but the girl who filled my order didn't include them. She was texting me the whole time she was shopping and sending me pictures of substitutions and different items. My other store doesn't do that. Amazing what you can do with todays technology. Edinburgh 1st stop? 4y
Crazeedi @Andrew65 Scotland is on my bucket list, so I'm with you, but never really heard of a virtual trip! How does that work? I guess I'll find out, right? Helped hubby get tiller on the tractor and hes tilling several garden plots today. I wasnt going to plant much, but changed my mind, there may be a need. Sun is shining but cool and windy! 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Yes we‘ll then head up to Edinburgh from Berwick but might stop at North Berwick en route to take in Bass Rock. 4y
Crazeedi @EadieB so cool you're getting deliveries, hubby went to store for me today, said still no toilet paper or paper products, good thing I have a supply for now! Love the description of your meals 4y
Crazeedi @Andrew65 and my trip to lake is end of May, so I'm still keeping fingers crossed! 4y
Andrew65 @Crazeedi We‘ll be going there through pictures each day of the locations we visit. Should be a bit of fun, and boy do we all need some fun in our lives at the moment. Planting is good! Glad you are joking us. 😊 4y
Crazeedi @AprilMae yum, Italian anything is my absolute favorite food! Save some for me!😉 4y
Crazeedi @Andrew65 that's too cool, looking forward! 4y
Andrew65 @Crazeedi 😊👍 4y
EadieB @Crazeedi I know getting TP is a problem. I also was not able to get any paper towels. They were limiting water too. 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Not seen any issues with water here. Have managed to get baby wipes and Moist toilet tissues in case a problem in future! Still got a few weeks toilet roll here. Pasta is another big issue, not seen any in weeks, and tins of rice pudding, which is the only sweet treat I allow myself. 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 We were short on pasta a week or so ago but can get it now. I love rice pudding too! I have a few rolls of TP too but figured I would try to get some when I order my food but for 2 wks now can't get any. 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 Ok, that sounds like fun!! Can we go to Wigtown? 4y
Andrew65 @JanuarieTimewalker13 Most definitely, can‘t miss Scotland‘s book town out. That will be toward the end of our holiday, as we go anti-clockwise round Scotland. Any other requests from people let me know. 😊👍 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 Wait, you guys say anti-clockwise? Never knew that! We say Counter Clockwise 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 I love the differences in language! 4y
Andrew65 @JanuarieTimewalker13 Yes we say clockwise and anti-clockwise. 4y
Ms_T Fun idea, I‘m in! It‘s looking like my holiday to Kefalonia in June won‘t be going ahead. It was going to be our only holiday this year too, due to us moving house recently 😩 4y
Andrew65 @Ms_T Great to have you with us, I bet most of us will be losing holidays this year. 😢 4y
TrishB Love Scotland ❤️ used to go to west coast a lot many years ago. Oban, Fort William, Mallaig. Beautiful. 4y
JacqMac Yay! Scotland is a fabulous idea! I am on day three of a migraine, which is making doing anything really annoying. But I have two banana loaves in the oven. I haven‘t been to the grocery store in two weeks, and I‘m hoping to put it off until Monday, so there has been a lot of baking happening. The kids are learning some skills in all of this. 4y
Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Yes! I've been doing well but today my company fired a few and furloughed many more. So far I'm still employed and working from home, but I'm so sad for my colleagues & friends who didn't make the cut. I hope they're brought back sooner than later, but one friend of 15 years has been let go as the position needs have decreased and he's the "last hired" on the team. Enough sadness...I must pack! ? 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB Will certainly look to be taking in some of those places during our virtual holiday. Got to take in Oban‘s magnificent McCaig Tower. 4y
margreads Yay Scotland!! If the world hadn't gone mad we would have been in London this week and headed to France next week 4y
Andrew65 @JacqMac When we‘ve needed shops I‘ve been doing our local Lidl at 9 pm on a Saturday, dead quiet then. I was the only person in the store last week! Welcome to the tour. 👍😊 Hope you can kick that migraine. (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Great to have you on our tour. 😊👍 Sorry to hear the tough time you are having at your company, such terrible terrible times and we all have such heartbreaking experiences at the moment. Sounds like you need a holiday. 🥰 4y
Andrew65 @margreads Sorry that you too have lost your holiday. The Easter break is the one I look forward to most in the year as heralds the new spring and coming Summer. Great to have you with us on our holiday. 👍😊 4y
CocoReads @Andrew65 thanks for the tour—it‘s long Gwen a dream of mine to visit Scotland, Ireland, and well, the whole U.K. really. 😁today was not awful-everyone is still really ticked about the lack of raises and hazard pay but we managed to have some fun. And two of my coworkers lit into one of the upper level managers. I feel a little bad for the poor man because it wasn‘t his decision but...he‘s the one we actually see. 👇 4y
CocoReads I have the weekend off and last weekends media block worked so well, I‘m going to do it again. Hopefully by to get lots of reading in and make a better food plan for my husband to do the shopping with this weekend. I wanted to try for some deliveries, but he‘s weird and would rather go and pay cash. 🤷‍♀️ luckily I‘m refining my sanitizing process. 4y
TheBookHippie I‘ve been touring museums and going to the opera nightly ❤️ so thankful for free streaming of the opera and museums doing virtual tours. I‘ve avoided most news today because sanity! I need a break. Hope everyone is doing well. Sun is shining today !!! I‘d so love to see Scotland ! I‘m supposed to be seeing concerts this holiday hoping it happens next year ❤️ 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads We can‘t get any home deliveries, just never any slots available to book. 😡 Hope the shopping is successful, you can‘t blame the co-workers, what a sh#@@y thing to do to people, especially when they work in a hospital at this current time. Still cannot believe it. 🤬 Try to forget things and enjoy a weekend of peace and books. Great to have you on our tour. 😊 I hope to get to Ireland one day. (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie We all need some downtime away from this total utter madness! Time to try to recharge our batteries before we go again next week. Need to have our well being time. Great to have another friend on our Scotland tour. 👍😊 4y
Itchyfeetreader What a week you have had. Sorry to hear about your colleague. Enjoy your virtual trip look forward to travelling with you - very time I see more of Scotland I am more in awe of how beautiful it is 4y
Andrew65 @Itchyfeetreader Certainly no time to get bored this week. Today think I worked solidly for 12 hours without a break. Now to collapse with a book! Great to have you join our tour. 😊👍 Scotland is amazingly beautiful. 4y
TorieStorieS Scotland is on my wish list to make it there in person, so I am excited for this preview!! 🤣 The weather here was lovely today, so currently I‘m reading on our back deck with my tuckered our dog from our extra long walk that had us zigzagging to remain socially distanced from the others enjoying the weather! 4y
tracey38 Scotland is also on my bucket list so this trip is exciting! 😊 Today was ok but I am so glad it's Friday a d I have 2 days to relax. I must say that I am very upset with all the #Covidiots I witnessed today out on a golf putting place I passed on the way home from work. That place was packed and though they were outside, they weren't biding by social distancing guidelines. Our numbers keep rising and people keep not caring! Otherwise, I am good. 4y
tracey38 @Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick I am so sorry to hear about your coworkers and friends. It's such a scary time for so many forced out of work. 💜 4y
tracey38 @JacqMac I'm so sorry about your migraine. I know the feeling of having one last for days on end. I really hope it eases up for you soon! 4y
Andrew65 @TorieStorieS Great to have you with us on our travels. 😊👍 Wish I could have read in the garden but freezing today. 🥶 4y
Andrew65 @tracey38 Scotland is certainly on a bucket list for many, glad to have your company on this one. 👍😊 Well done on getting through the week. 🙌👏👏👏, now shut off and try to relax for the weekend. What is wrong with these #Covidiots. You can hear them in the future blaming the Government when someone in their family dies, infected by their stupidity and ignorance. 😡 4y
CocoReads @Andrew65 no I don‘t blame them at all. I certainly felt like unloading on the poor man as well but he‘s definitely not the responsible party. It‘s a very 💩 situation but I‘m trying to not worry about it since I can‘t control it. 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 Thank you, Andrew, that‘s cool!! 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Ok, so I‘m late to the party! We are taking pics of where we want to go each day? 🤷🏼‍♀️ 4y
Eggs Hope everyone has a serene weekend despite the struggles. I dread going for groceries but popped into a Randall‘s yesterday-few people! No waiting!! Love to All 🥰🥰 (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads That‘s the key phrase, try not to worry about things you can‘t control. 4y
Andrew65 @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks I‘m going to post some picture over the two weeks as we do our virtual tour of Scotland, today will be posting some Berwick pictures, at the border. A great idea fir others to post pictures of where they‘d like to go, have been or where their current books are set. Great to have you with us. 😍 4y
Andrew65 @Eggs Great words and yes we all need as serene a weekend as possible. 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Andrew65 thank you!!! 📚💛 4y
Eggs @Andrew65. Perfect 👌🏼 I‘ve been watching Shetland on Amazon all week-it calms me!! 4y
Andrew65 @Eggs Exactly why we go to Scotland regularly, just crossing that border calms and relaxes me. Scotland is our second home. 4y
DieAReader Super late to the party? I spent the morning at Costco ?? An hour‘s drive one way (Kev has his meds filled there). After driving there, waiting in line, getting meds & a bit of groceries/essentials for us & my mom/dad,I drove back to my parents to drop stuff off. I went next door to try to help my Mère with something but couldn‘t. Then it was home, unloaded, showered, Kevin disinfected the car & then I did laundry. Exhausted! ?? 4y
Andrew65 @SquidgetsRoom That‘s a full and busy day! 4y
DieAReader @GHABI4ROSES I‘ve managed to read 30 pages all week 🤯😳🥺😬 I‘ve got some catching up to do obviously! 🤣😉 4y
Andrew65 @SquidgetsRoom Good luck with that! 😊 (edited) 4y
GHABI4ROSES We will catch up, Amanda💖 4y

Apologies a bit late with today‘s we were out clapping for the health workers, amazing to hear the volume of this, not to mention some fireworks as well. Beyond moving! 🙌🙌🙌🤗
Today managed to sort out meal and cleaning provision, along with staffing provision so that we can open all two weeks of the Easter holiday, including the two Bank Holidays. Went out to get my wife‘s medicines. Too many cars and people out! How was your day? #DailyCheckIn

Birdsong28 I am ok today thank you. Glad you are getting stuff done 4y
jb72 My day is okay. A bit of a headache today, but overall I‘m healthy. 4y
See All 127 Comments
Andrew65 @Birdsong28 Busy times as people are starting to put in plans for the expected£ peak over the next couple of weeks. 4y
Andrew65 @jb72 These conditions, anxiety and stress, just feed those headaches. Hope you can quickly kick it into touch. 4y
GHABI4ROSES Yes on the headaches, self-care, please! Everything will still be here, that we know💖💪🏾 4y
gradcat @Andrew65 Hiya guy! So good of you folks to clap for the health workers! We‘re losing a few over here—lost an ER Doctor in Florida yesterday—I know they must be scared to death, but they keep on keeping on. Not just being afraid on their own behalf, but how scared must they be for the families & others that they come into contact with. We‘re still okay over here, using curbside grocery pickup now, but at least we have that option (still no 🧻!). 4y
Velvetfur Gosh Andrew, you're so busy all the time! Make sure you don't get run down by doing too much, thus leaving yourself vulnerable. I've had another day of not leaving the house 😊 Had an email yesterday evening from Aldi inviting me for a video interview, it seems I'll record my answers to some questions, so I've been researching certain aspects of their company that will be asked about in the video questions 😊 4y
Velvetfur @gradcat I'm sorry to hear of you losing your health care people 😓 My housemate is a health care worker in the hospital (assists nurses) & she said they have ICU staff currently IN the ICU as patients! One of their ICU specialists is in there as a patient! Scary times we're living in, getting scarier every day... 4y
DieAReader Sounds like you‘ve had a great day @Andrew65 Having a lot of major lower back pain (more than what is usual since my fall down the stairs last May). Many things are impossible to do & what does get done takes a million times longer to do. It‘s extremely frustrating. It‘s slowly starting to send me in a downward spiral...again. I was just begging to pick myself up from my last “episode”. Being Bipolar is an unbelievable curse that is my demon. 😈🥺 4y
Velvetfur My friend's husband currently has 'the covid' as he calls it, he works on the ferries so is classed as 'essential' I think, because it's transport. But he's not really ill with it and improving already. 4y
Andrew65 @gradcat Can‘t get any loo roll and have to go for supermarkets as no chance of getting a slot for home delivery at all. It is busy and now consulting on whether we can do extended school days and weekends. Soon be working every day by the look of it. @Velvetfur (edited) 4y
Crazeedi @Andrew65 the sun is out today! And I planted lettuce seeds in a porch box, I hope they come up! My mood is somewhat improved today, and I'm hoping to get my planting scheme and seeds organized tonight so I know how I'm doing the garden this year. Thanks for your faithfulness to all of us!❤ 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur We have lost 4 senior doctors that I am aware in the U.K. @gradcat 4y
TheBookHippie @gradcat no TP here either 4y
Velvetfur @SquidgetsRoom Lower back pain is the WORST so you have my full sympathy. I have clinical depression so I can't imagine what it's like to be bipolar at such an awful emotional time as this, have some hugs from me - 🤗🤗 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Good luck with the interview. Will try not to get too run down but school needs a lot of administration and working with staff. As of today we have now had contact with 100% of families but has taken some doing. 4y
Q84 All's well here. Staying home when not working. I usually have several jobs but just 1 currently. Definitely trying to stay away from others as much as possible. Feeling the emotions since everything has slowed down. I'm usually so busy it doesnt show but this time of year is hard for me since my mom passed and not doing much is making my brain go there. 4y
TheBookHippie The captain of the homicide department is dead. Crime is rampant.
The commander of the jail is dead.
The chief of police — James Craig, an LAPD veteran — is ill. In Detroit it‘s really bad. The results of Wednesday's tests for coronavirus, which were released Thursday , confirmed an additional 1,457 cases for a total of 10,791 . Deaths at 417. They closed school for the year. I‘m doing a bit better today. Making plans and schedules.
(edited) 4y
Andrew65 @SquidgetsRoom Certainly been busy! More ahead if they‘re are asking for weekends by the look of it. Sorry to hear about the accident and back pain. Sending positive thoughts. 😊 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur That‘s good news. 🤞 4y
Q84 @Velvetfur Good luck! You'll do great and get this! 4y
Andrew65 @Crazeedi Great to heat you‘ve had a better day. Sending continued positive thoughts. 🥰 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur @SquidgetsRoom Sending positive thoughts to both of you. 🥰 4y
Velvetfur @Andrew65 Wow that's fantastic that you've reached all of the parents now! Hard work definitely pays off, but then you shouldn't have had to work that hard in the first place....but good for you anyway, I'm happy for you about that 😁 Thanks about the interview 👍 4y
GHABI4ROSES @Andrew65 I received this from my eldest child last night. She did a pretty good job of raising me. @SquidgetsRoom lovingly suggested that I share, and I AGREE: https://urldefense.com/v3/__https://www.chronicle.com/article/Why-You-Should-Ign... 4y
Andrew65 @Q84 That‘s the biggest problem, more time to think and the brain goes into overdrive. We all need to find things to keep our minds occupied as much as possible. Sending positive thoughts. 😍 4y
TheBookHippie @SquidgetsRoom Sending light. My daughter is bipolar and is having more anxiety attacks and nightmares lately. Back pain is the worst hoping it abates soon. 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie That sounds an awful situation, sounds like strong leadership is needed. Pleased to hear you are doing better. 🥰 Difficult few weeks ahead for all of us. We finally managed to have contact with all children as a result of efforts from all staff. 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur You‘ve got this. 👍 4y
Velvetfur @Q84 Than you so much lovely! I'm sorry to hear of the emotions you're going through at the moment though, time seems to be really dragging at the moment so giving loads of opportunity to face emotions like this, unfortunately. Just keep that light at the end of the tunnel in mind, it's there, we're going to come out the other side of this xxx 4y
kezzlou85 We went out to clap as well and it sounded amazing. The local bus company sounded their horns and then someone played the bagpipes. Had an okay day though not done much if I'm honest. Need to try and be more active I think. 4y
IamIamIam Hang on for that toilet paper, folks! I had 2 12 packs left so I went to our local warehouse club, which I only usually use for paper goods, and had to get the brand name!! It was $6 off but still easily $10 more than I normally spend for the store brand. But we're set for at least another few weeks. 4y
Andrew65 @GHABI4ROSES Thanks fit the article, there are some good points in here, and I agree nothing will ever be the same again! @SquidgetsRoom 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 yay. In week four with my sons school and it goes well. My schools we have a good meal plan and getting food out and it‘s moving like clockwork now. We are starting more scheduled homework after April 13 for all and just doing reading and check ins and making sure of safety and that everyone has been contacted. I feel now that we know we‘re not going back we don‘t live in limbo. NOW to get people to stay home! Glad your day was better! 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Something you can work towards, don‘t put too much pressure on yourself. And yes that clapping was beyond moving. So loud all around! 4y
DieAReader I really think everyone should read it @GHABI4ROSES 🥰🧐 4y
DieAReader Thanks for the positive thoughts everyone. Much appreciated 🥰🥰 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Thanks 🥰 Yes looking at plans for after Easter but will still be keeping in regular contact during the two weeks Easter Holiday. 😊👍 (edited) 4y
IamIamIam 😂😂😂 I said something similar to Katie @youneverarrived a few weeks ago!!! Where are those Harlequin romance series when you really need them?! 4y
TheBookHippie @IamIamIam yes where are those at ??? 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam Whole new thread of discussion, name 10 books that should be used for toilet paper 🧻 😂 4y
IamIamIam @TheBookHippie My dad has a bidet and he's really pushing them lately!! LOL, it's an extremely odd process to get used to but it's a great option! My friend showed me one on Amazon that also has an air dryer! 😳🌬😂😂 4y
IamIamIam @Andrew65 LMAO!!! I love it!!! 50 Shades and Twilight are a given!!! 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam 😂🤣😂🤣 Let‘s hope its not set too hot or too cold! 4y
TheBookHippie @IamIamIam we told our son we ordered one 🤣🤣🤣 4y
IamIamIam @TheBookHippie @Andrew65 OMG, I can't!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 OHHHHH The Clockmakers Daughter, Fifty Shades of Grey :but make sure you don‘t get a STD .. I‘ve heard horror library stories 😳Lord of the Flies, All algebra and math books, Tom Sawyer, Prince and the Pauper... 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie You can use all those books you‘ve thrown at the wall! (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie STD LMAO 😂😳🤪🤣 4y
TheBookHippie Twilight, Harlequin Romance all of it 🤣 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 YES!!! I‘m good for a least a few months.. 4y
Andrew65 Controversial one here! #Unpopularopinion 4y
TheSpineView That is so wonderful that people are showing their support of health care workers. I really can't complain. 4y
BookwormM Glad you are having a better day I am still plodding along quietly here trying to look busy thank goodness I have conference calls to break up the day 4y
Andrew65 @BookwormM No shortage of those conference calls but dies lead to less isolation. 4y
Andrew65 @TheSpineView Definitely agree. 🙌🙌🙌 (edited) 4y
TrishB Had a day where no one could agree with anyone else (work!) but that‘s kind of normal. My boss told me off for working too many hours, guess I‘m going to have to listen. We clapped with the street 👏🏻 👏🏻 4y
TrishB @Velvetfur good luck, but look after yourself 💜 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB Definitely listen! 😊👍 4y
JaneyWaneyB Hope you're well @Andrew65 I joined in the clap with my neighbour too this evening. People had pots & pans to really make some noise, it was brilliant 😁 no police sirens joining in this week though 🚓🚔 4y
Q84 @Velvetfur Yes we will!😃 I am making a list of things to keep me busy today and going to listen to audiobooks also. 4y
Andrew65 @JaneyWaneyB Yes I‘m well and hope you are. You felt some relief in tension and anxiety coming through in that clapping! Hairs on the back of the neck time! Amazed how loud it was and across the land. 4y
Andrew65 @Q84 Audiobooks are a good distraction for the brain. 4y
Q84 @Andrew65 Absolutely! I am usually pretty good at staying busy. It's just usually not at home.🤣 I'm usually only home long enough to shower, eat, and (sometimes) sleep. I enjoy staying busy. 4y
kezzlou85 @Andrew65 yep that's the plan, want to try and find a way to make this productive but not to the extent of overdoing it. It was a truly wonderful thing to hear. 4y
CocoReads Today had been a day of ups and downs. The sun came out and it warmed up this afternoon which did great things for my mood but this afternoon we had a useless phone meeting with our bigger hospital which answered no ones questions and in fact, contradicted itself a few times, and to cap it all off the powers that me have put our raises (that we were going to see on tomorrow‘s check) “on hold”. So that was infuriating. 4y
CocoReads But I was able to get out in the fresh air a couple times and that helped a lot 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads That‘s not right! 😡 You can‘t do that at this late stage! Found the authorities have the times don‘t even know the right questions at the moment let alone know the right answers! (edited) 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 Glad to hear that you have contacted all the parents. Had to take a nap and just woke up and made dinner. I now have 2 stores for food delivery. I ran out of butter and my next delivery was scheduled for Tuesday so I am having a delivery tomorrow from another store. Both stores are out of TP but I still have some rolls left. I ordered dog food on 3/29 from The Pet Supermarket in Florida and it was delivered today. So doing good today. 4y
EadieB @Velvetfur Good luck with your interview! 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB Plenty of suggestions above for books to use. 😳🤣 We can‘t get delivery of food at all. No slots available or bookable. Had to go out for my wife‘s medicines and really surprised (shocked) to see how many people and cars out and about 4y
EadieB @jb72 Hope your headache is better soon. I had one this week too! 4y
EadieB @gradcat Glad to hear you are staying safe and taking good care of your mom. 4y
EadieB @Crazeedi Good luck with your planting of your garden. Glad to hear you are doing better. 4y
EadieB @TheBookHippie Please stay safe. Sorry to hear your area has so many problems. 4y
EadieB @SquidgetsRoom Sorry to hear about your back pain. Rest up and I hope you'll feel better soon. 4y
EadieB @Q84 Sorry you are missing your mom at this horrible time. Take care and stay safe. 4y
EadieB @GHABI4ROSES Thanks for posting the article - I found it very interesting! 4y
EadieB @kezzlou85 That must be awesome to hear all the clapping and music. I live in a small town and up on a hill so I don't hear much where I am. 4y
EadieB @IamIamIam That's what is so nasty when you have to pay so much for items because of these desperate times. Take care and stay safe. 4y
EadieB @Birdsong28 Glad you hear you are having an ok day. Hope it continues. 4y
EadieB @TheSpineView Glad you have no complaints. Hope it continues for you! Stay safe! 4y
IamIamIam @EadieB I said that to my husband! Lol, BJs is still making money hand over fist even now!! Honestly, it's money we're not spending on going out so I'd rather have toilet paper than have to get inventive! Lol... have a great night! 4y
EadieB @BookwormM Hope you are doing well and staying safe! 4y
EadieB @TrishB Never hear too much about bosses complaining that you are working too many hours. Maybe you do need to pull back and take some time for yourself. Stay safe! 4y
EadieB @JaneyWaneyB Nice of you to support the health care workers. I'm sure they appreciate it. Stay safe! 4y
EadieB @CocoReads Glad to hear that you took advantage of the sun today. Hopefully it was able to help you get over your paycheck disappointment. Stay safe! 4y
EadieB @IamIamIam At least we are saving some money on gas too with not being able to go anywhere. 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB We live in a small village so I was surprised by how much of the clapping and noise we could hear, very audible and moving. 4y
JaneyWaneyB @EadieB & @Andrew65 it is great to see everyone coming together to show our thanks & support. Stay safe x 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 It is shocking to see so many people out when these weeks are suppose to be the worse for the spread of the virus. 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB So many #covidiots around, are they not seeing the latest statistics, they think they are safe. There were 44 people that died in England in the last 24 hours with no known underlying conditions. 4y
Ms_T I think YOU deserve a round of applause, Andrew 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks That‘s awesome Andrew!! You are awesome!! 💛🙌🏻🙏🏻 4y
EadieB @Andrew65 The US had the worse day today with 1,000 deaths. 4y
tracey38 @CocoReads that really is infuriating. I have a feeling that our reviews are being pushed back, which will push back our raises as well. And our hospital is also not really answering questions to our satisfaction. However, I have also heard that other hospitals are in the same boat. I'm so sorry! Many hugs. I'm glad you got our a bit. It was beautiful here this afternoon, too, but I wasn't a le to get out unfortunately. 4y
tracey38 @Andrew65 glad to hear you had a productive day! My day was ok. First day I wasn't completely consumed by anxiety. Work went ok. I even made up a verse to the tune of Adele's song Hello regarding the face masks and sent it as a group text to my family with a picture from today of me in my mask. 😄 I may have lost it! 4y
CocoReads @tracey38 my sister tells me they pulled the same crap in 2008 during the Great Recession and the upper levels still got their money. She doesn‘t work for them but her husband does. Actually I work with him-it‘s how I got the job. But he was off today so I was texting her. 4y
tracey38 @CocoReads yeah, the uppers always get theirs. And they get the big kudos when they just spend all day in meetings. 4y
CocoReads Thanks all for the sympathy-I definitely needed to vent. Thanks to everyone still staying home, and thanks as well to my fellow essential workers. Stay safe, sane and healthy everyone! 4y
kezzlou85 @EadieB it was so amazing. We live in a small village attached to a town so could hear it all around us. Was very heartening. 4y
EadieB @kezzlou85 It must be an awesome feeling to hear all of that clapping and music! 4y
kezzlou85 @EadieB it is brings tears to your eyes. My brother works in the NHS so my girls were even more determined to join in. 4y
EadieB @CocoReads @tracey38 certainly not a way to show their appreciation for all your hard work by cutting out your raise! Shame on them! 4y
EadieB @kezzlou85 Very Nice! I‘m sure it‘s something your girls will remember forever! 4y
Andrew65 @Ms_T @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Thanks, but not done that much just put in place support for the two weeks of Easter. Love how staff have risen to the challenge, despite the risks to them. 3 year olds don‘t any idea of keeping two metres away from each other. 4y
Andrew65 @tracey38 That‘s positive steps forward, well done. 👏👏👏 4y
TheSpineView @EadieB Thanks! You stay safe too! 4y
EadieB @TheSpineView Thanks! I will! 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 I agree with the other folks and am giving you a round of applause, also 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 everything good here, stayed in today and I don‘t have TV so I‘m out of the stress loop, so to speak. My friend sends me the number of cases in my county, and that‘s about all I see. Otherwise, cooked, had phone conversations, had tea, and will do some reading tonight. Sending blessings💫 4y
jb72 @EadieB Thanks. It‘s stupid allergies. 4y
EadieB @jb72 I have the same allergy problems! Not fun! 4y
CoverToCoverGirl @CocoReads be safe .. sending love and hugs! 4y
TrishB @EadieB I have a good, caring boss I have to admit. 4y
Velvetfur @TrishB @EadieB Thank you! X 4y
Velvetfur @Q84 glad to hear about the audiobooks, enjoy 😊👍 4y
kezzlou85 @EadieB I think they will. My eldest is thinking about writing a diary to document the times. My youngest was just saying how suddenly we're all going to be a big part of history in years to come. 4y
gradcat @Velvetfur It‘s really awful for those on the front line...it‘s like going into battle everyday only without the necessary equipment (at least in the US—our supply shortages are endangering the lives of medical personnel)! Sorry about your friend‘s husband being ill...hopefully he‘ll be better soon, right? Oh, and crossing my fingers for your job interview!! ♥️♥️♥️ (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @gradcat Same lack of PPE equipment here. 4y
gradcat @Andrew65 It‘s just horrible! I cannot believe that this virus caught everyone off guard so... 4y
Andrew65 @gradcat Forward planning nowhere near big enough , caught everyone with their trousers down. (edited) 4y
Velvetfur @gradcat Thank you! Yes he's not too bad with it and should hopefully be better soon 😊 It's the same situation here with the lack of proper equipment for our medical heroes 🙁 4y

Sorry, a bit late today as I try to organise cleaning and meals for when we are open on the two Bank holidays and two Easter holiday weeks for caring for Children of Critical Workers. Clear that we are entering the period where deaths are increasing at a great rate but hopefully approaching the peak in a week or two and then we‘ll see numbers coming down.

How has your day been today? Hopefully for some of us better than what yesterday brought!

BookwormM All quiet here actually had work stuff to do as I run the end of month statistics, went for a walk that‘s it really. Hope everyone is staying safe 4y

CocoReads Not bad today—it might be the first day I didn‘t have a panic attack. Actually I just left work early but we didn‘t ha e much going on currently so I took that as my cue to leave early. We‘ve all been kind of taking turns leaving early or coming in late depending v on the day. 4y
suzie.reads I am amazed schools are still open. I really don't want to have to go in, you just can't socially distance yourself from children if they hurt themselves etc 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks I‘m ok Andrew... sending love to you ❤️ We have been to the store one last time for groceries. I think our governor is finally taking things seriously and is going to issue a shelter in place order after a doctor sent an email plea begging him too... it may be too late... I just wish everyone would have listened 😥 I‘m trying to stay positive and keep my daughter positive. She wants to go back to work and I will not allow it! I‘m trying to talk 4y
IamIamIam @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Where are you guys located? I just saw Florida went statewide today which is way overdue. 4y
Crazeedi I had my tests done today and they are negative. Which is great but no explanation for the pain. So I'm home and hopefully didnt come in contact with anything at hospital. I wore mask and gloves and threw my clothes in wash when I got home. I hope things settle for you Andrew! Things have to start opening here little by little in places where outbreak not severe. I'm hoping anyway. Have a good evening! 4y
IamIamIam I'm okay today....I just heard my dad's stepmother is being tested for the virus based on her age and low grade fever. I'm thinking it's a residual infection from a surgery she had right before lockdown and she's not been taking care of herself. So we just keep swimming, just keep swimming... 4y
IamIamIam Love to everyone today!!! 4y
Andrew65 @BookwormM Thankfully quietish day here to, no major issues, just all day chasing up children. (edited) 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks To her about her feelings and she really doesn‘t want to talk about it... 😓 we are spending more time together so that‘s a positive thing. I want to say thank you to all of the nurses, doctors, RT, lab techs, cnas, sanitation workers, grocery store employees, bank employees, truck drivers, postal workers, parents home schooling their children, teachers teaching online, gas station employees, for all of your hard work! It does not go 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Pleased to hear you are having a better day, you need d one, sending all my love and best wishes! 4y
Andrew65 @suzie.reads Schools here are only open for care of critical workers, we usually have between 10 and 20 children, but when some are 3 they don‘t understand social distancing and as you say can distance yourself from children at key times. 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Unnoticed! Police officers, fire fighters! I‘m sure I‘m forgetting people, but thank you all for your courageous service to our world in these difficult days! Sending love and prayers ❤️🙏🏻 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @CocoReads that‘s wonderful! Do something nice for yourself! You deserve it ❤️ thanks for your service!! 🩺 👩🏼‍⚕️ 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @Crazeedi I‘m so happy to hear that!!! 🙏🏻❤️ 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @IamIamIam love back ❤️❤️ 4y
suzie.reads @Andrew65 exactly and we can't really expect them to get it. We are open for keyworker children and vunerable children ie. Looked after children etc. Boss is fantastic though and we're all on a 3 week rota so after your shifts you have two weeks of isolation 4y
Andrew65 @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks I think most countries have been caught napping somehow, we all saw it coming. Took too long to shut down. Not helped by #Covidiots! Hard for everyone to discuss their feelings, we don‘t do it easily or don‘t want to pen the floodgates. They will talk when they are ready. Thanks for your thoughts of everyone going out of their way to fight the fight. This is why we will be open the two weeks of Easter and including the 4y
TheBookHippie Waiting on tomorrow‘s school announcement then I think we can carry on ... otherwise thankful we are healthy so far. 4y
Andrew65 @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Bank Holidays, to care fro their children so they can go to work and to feed the Free School Meals children. 4y
EadieB Got to talk to my grandchildren by FaceTime today so I am happy about that. They were waiting for Julian to wake up from his nap and then they were going out in the yard to play. Noli was playing with play dough and told me her brother, Finn, was playing math on the computer. My daughter said he was doing his school work which takes a couple of hours. I got some reading done today too. Hate reading on the kindle. Physical books, I prefer. 4y
Andrew65 @Crazeedi Hard to open up at the moment when such a big battle so could still be some time yet. Read today 25% show no symptoms. Happy in a way to hear results negative but doesn‘t help explain the pain. Sending love and best wishes that it is resolved soon. 🥰😍 (edited) 4y
IamIamIam I love that... #Covidiots!!!! Did you see those morons in New York who congregated by the piers to see the naval hospital ship dock? So proud of our city... 🙄🙄🙄 Luckily, I'm not actually IN the city, but they embarrass all New Yorkers... 4y
IamIamIam @suzie.reads Thinking of you!! Hope you stay healthy during all this! 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam 🤞🤞🤞 for your dad‘s stepmother. Still waiting for test results for my member of staff. Sending love and best wishes 🥰 4y
IamIamIam @Andrew65 Thanks! Hoping for staff members are well also! There's a rumor that one of my husband's coworkers might have it but they sit back to back and haven't seen each other in over 2 weeks. Naturally he's stressed about it. It's hard not to be! 4y
Birdsong28 Today has been ok. Took the dog out for a walk. Nice to get out for a short while. 4y
Andrew65 @suzie.reads our staff are working one day a week. (edited) 4y
EadieB @Crazeedi Great news! Maybe that will help perk your mood up! 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie What do you expect the announcement to be? 4y
Andrew65 @EadieB May have to get used to ebooks. I tend to use both equally. Must be good to have seen and talked to the grandchildren. That is the hardest, keeping away from your own family! 4y
Andrew65 @IamIamIam It is hard not to be stressed about it. The member of staff worked closely with me the final day school was open to all making plans, but that was 12 days ago. Some people are such idiots across all countries I fear. (edited) 4y
suzie.reads @Andrew65 we work 1/2 days every 3 weeks and then have at least 14 days to isolate inbetween. 4y
Andrew65 @Birdsong28 Hopefully we can get some sun back, that would help us feel a bit better. 4y
suzie.reads @IamIamIam thank you staying as safe as possible and looking after my parents. Hope you're well 4y
Andrew65 @suzie.reads A sensible plan. 4y
TheSpineView Doing well. A little stir crazy at times mainly because my hubby doesn't know what to do with himself. We are all in good health so I am thankful for that. 4y
suzie.reads @Andrew65 yeah we're lucky as no staff have any symptoms or have needed to self isolate so everyone is on board 4y
Andrew65 @TheSpineView Good news about your health but think we are all going stir crazy. 4y
TheSpineView @Andrew65 Agreed!😋 4y
Andrew65 @suzie.reads We have quite a number needing to self isolate and another number having to undergo stringent social isolation due to underlying health issues for them or their families, including three who are pregnant. (edited) 4y
KristiAhlers I have a ham in the slow cooker doing its thing. I finished the Sun Down Motel and have a mint book hangover it was really good. I‘m thinking of starting a romance novel next. Packing and getting ready to go home to Illinois now that my moms remains have been tended to and there isn‘t much left for me to do on this side of things 4y
Andrew65 @Katbooklover Sending best wishes at such a difficult time. 💓 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 school closed for the year and then if we get to homeschool for credit or lose it all..or what‘ll happen in fall 🤷🏽‍♀️ 4y
TrishB Another busy day, but ok and working with a good group of people redrafting regs over Microsoft teams. Not gone to consultation yet, which will be a do they work moment. Sending kind thoughts to you Andrew. ❤️ 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie When does the school year finish? 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB And to you too Trish ❤️, who would think it would be so busy being shut. Working more intensely than ever. Seem to be spending my life on Microsoft Teams, seeing it in my sleep! (edited) 4y
TrishB I‘ve already vowed I don‘t want to see anyone‘s face on a computer screen for a long time after this! 4y
Velvetfur Hiya, all OK here thanks - I made a nose&mouth mask, my housemate bought me some cupcakes, and I'm currently watching a film called The Music Of Silence - kinda about the life of Andrea Bocelli! Not long started watching and already it's brilliant! I recommend! 😊 4y
Andrew65 @TrishB I can definitely relate to that! 4y
kezzlou85 Had a better day today as the headaches that have plagued me have stopped for a while. Quite the cluster of them this time. Spoke to my Nan over the phone and she's doing well which is a relief. 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Please to hear you have had a good day, film sounds good. 4y
Andrew65 @kezzlou85 Stress and anxiety, no shortage of that around. 😳 Take care.Goiod news about your nan. 🥰 4y
Ms_T I had a good day. My work had a visit from the police today as they tried to collect up any spare PPE for the country‘s frontline workers. The company I work for is very ethical and puts a lot of work into helping the local community and wider area so I‘m confident we‘ll help out if we haven‘t already. 4y
Andrew65 @Ms_T That‘s great and that‘s what we need from each company and each individual. Despite everything looks like most people have had a better day. 😊 4y
TheBookHippie @Velvetfur I‘ve watched that twice! Love it! 4y
TheBookHippie @kezzlou85 glad your headache is gone I get those too... 😭 wonderful to have connections these days. 4y
TheBookHippie @Katbooklover sending light... 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie That is early, we finish July 19. 4y
TheBookHippie @IamIamIam ughhhhh people I too love covidiots 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ to describe them 4y
TrishB @TheBookHippie it‘s just not the same 🤷‍♀️ 4y
TheBookHippie @TrishB I hate it 🤣🤣✌🏻 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 we started earlier to not go so far into June 🤷🏽‍♀️ 4y
CocoReads Thanks @Andrew65 and @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks for your kind words. As a treat (a planned treat but still a treat) we ordered pizza from a local business and I‘m going to ride along to pick it up. Not getting out of the car but the fresh air is nice. And at work today we ordered burgers from a different local place and the pharmacists went and picked them up-curbside delivery. So we just take it step by step. 4y
CocoReads @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks I‘m glad your state is finally getting a shutdown. Truly, as a nation it should have happened from the very beginning. 4y
CocoReads My area probably won‘t peak until the end of April, middle of May I think so tough times ahead. 4y
Ms_T @Andrew65 Even though the situation, as predicted, is worsening, I think we‘re getting used to the measures in place so they‘re becoming easier to deal with. Now we have to grit our teeth and ride it out. I‘m hoping so hard that it‘ll be over soon. 4y
JanuarieTimewalker13 Staying in, and all‘s well! 4y
Andrew65 @Ms_T I agree with all you‘ve said, now becoming the new routine, now we all just need to stay healthy. 🤞 (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @JanuarieTimewalker13 That‘s good. 😊 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Which State are you in? 4y
CocoReads @Andrew65 I live in Indiana but work in Michigan. From where I live I can almost throw a rock at the state line. 4y
Velvetfur @Andrew65 Thank you, the film is fantastic! I hope you get some downtime at some point soon so you can watch a film too xx 4y
Velvetfur @TheBookHippie I can see why you watched it twice, I loved it! 😊 4y
Andrew65 @Velvetfur Thanks, will be putting a schedule together hopefully so everyone gets some sort of break. 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @CocoReads yes, it should have!! 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @CocoReads that‘s great!! Yes, fresh air is nice ❤️ 4y
gradcat @Andrew65 Thanks so much for doing this everyday. It means a lot to hear from everyone & also to have a forum to vent, opine and/or to relieve some stress. I know it must take significant time, so it‘s really nice that you do this. Just thanks for being you, Andrew. ♥️ 4y
gradcat @Crazeedi I‘m so sorry that the docs haven‘t found an answer for you—you must be very frustrated! Are they at least doing something to treat the pain? 😔 ♥️ 4y
TheBookHippie @CocoReads you‘re by me !!! Sort of 🤣 I‘m on the lake! But I catch the commuter to Chicago at Dune park. 4y
Andrew65 @gradcat Thanks @gradcat I agree it helps to have a place we can share experiences, frustrations, worries, fears, anxieties and hopefully eventually better news. What do they say a problem shared is a problem halved. That was my aspiration in setting it up, a place where all our friends can support each other and hopefully we make new friends too. 4y
Andrew65 @CocoReads Having just updated my reading across the states I even know where that is! I see the situation is quite bad in Michigan. Stay safe. 😊👍🌈 (edited) 4y
TheBookHippie @CocoReads I went two days without a panic attack ! Hoping you do too! (edited) 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Hopefully that should be without a panic attack. 🤔 @CocoReads 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 I am MICHIGAN ! It‘s not looking good here 😫 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 fixed it immediately 🤣🤣😫😫 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie I‘ve seen a fair bit of press on U.S. so had seen the situation in Michigan. 😢 4y
CocoReads @TheBookHippie yes Michigan is terrible. Southwest MI, where I work isn‘t too bad yet, but we know it‘s just like waiting for the bomb to go off. 😬 4y
TheBookHippie @Andrew65 people are idiots- out and about -they need to close the beaches and parks and stop going to target lawd 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ 4y
TheBookHippie @CocoReads I‘m watching it closely we just keep jumping up by massive numbers. 4y
tracey38 I'm here and doing ok. Today through Monday, I am working the Radiation department. Positive is it is a much smaller number of staff and patients each day, so less contact with others. Still dealing with high anxiety but I'm dealing. Glad to see many have had a better day today. 💜📚🌸 4y
CocoReads Yes, and since I‘m in both states I‘ve been closely watching the Indiana numbers too. Not as hard hit but I feel it‘s only a matter of time. 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Totally agree, thinking they‘ll be okay. In London a 13 year and 19 year old died yesterday! #covidiots. Respect the virus! Stay home! Save lives! 4y
Andrew65 @TheBookHippie Unfortunately that is most areas, numbers doubling every 2 - 3 days. 4y
Andrew65 @tracey38 Great to hear from you. Those smaller numbers will help. Thinking of you and sending positive thoughts. Stay safe. 4y
TheBookHippie @tracey38 We‘ve got a long haul yet I think just wrapping our brain around it takes a bit. Glad to see you coping. ❤️ 4y
Andrew65 Just seen this comment on the latest White House Press Conference, can‘t believe what I am seeing. ‘Nor would he restrict airline flights out of “hotspot” cities like New York, Detroit and New Orleans at this time.‘. 4y
JacqMac I‘m always late to the party. lol I‘m doing ok. My daughter is having a really hard day. She‘s 18. She was laid off from her job, like a lot of people. Her graduation and prom are cancelled. School on the internet isn‘t fun, so she‘s having a hard time doing her best. She‘s very much an extrovert and this has all caught up with her today. There were many tears. At least we all seem to be taking turns having very bad days. 4y
JacqMac @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Mine doesn‘t want to talk either. It‘s so hard to keep them positive. 4y
JacqMac @CocoReads I‘m glad you got to leave early. Take the good where you can get it. 4y
Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks @JacqMac I‘m so sorry 😓 I know it has to be bad for seniors!! 💔💔 4y
JacqMac @Crazeedi sorry you didn‘t get any answers. That‘s so frustrating. 4y
JacqMac @Andrew65 I‘m glad you had a better day today. 4y
JacqMac @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Hopefully we can find a way to make it special. It‘s really hard for all of them. 4y
Eggs Good to hear from everyone 💗 I‘m caring for 2 grands(5-1/2 and 3) so their parents can continue working. Each of their employers laid off 80% workers so they were part of chosen few. One works from home, and other works nearby by herself or w. 1 other person. The little ones get restless-no library, parks, museum. The only time it‘s really hard is when it‘s pouring rain. So I can‘t respond here until I get home. Stay safe! 4y
DieAReader I completely agree with @gradcat @Andrew65 THANK YOU! I am struggling with a lot & often don‘t have the words to express myself, even on Litsy. But I always read everything here. Thanks so much everyone for being here for each other & for me. It means more than I can express. 🥰😇📚 4y
Crewgurl Sad day for me. It‘s my mom‘s birthday and she passed away 7 years ago. Some years are better than others, but with all the sadness in the world right now, it really weighed heavily on me today. Trying to focus on the positive and remain grateful. Hope everyone is hanging in there! 4y
kezzlou85 @Crewgurl thinking of you. My mum has been gone 18 years and it never gets easier, you just learn to keep going. Keep staying positive as much as you can. ❤ 4y
kezzlou85 @TheBookHippie thank you, I hope yours aren't bothering you too much. All the stress and anxiety never helps. X 4y
kezzlou85 @Andrew65 nope not at all. Thanks. Shes face less worried about it than me but she is bring sensible. X 4y
Velvetfur @Crewgurl much love and strength to you xxx @kezzlou85 love to you too xx 4y
Crewgurl Thank you! @Velvetfur thank you and hugs to you! @kezzlou85 4y
gradcat @SquidgetsRoom I see you 👀 ♥️ 😘 4y
kezzlou85 @Velvetfur aww thank you. ❤ 4y
Crazeedi @JacqMac I'm better off than many people so I mustn't complain! 4y
