1 reading goal, 2 exercise goals, 1 diet goal and I have also added an extra goal (I hope this is ok!) to try and slowly organise my space to help me feel more organised/at peace mentally. So kind of a mental health goal?

Mays listening hours are up and I had a decent week, I got 11.5 hours of fitness in this week and banished a load of calories 👊🏻 (only banished, they may be back with some whiskey tonight 🤫)

Not a bad week, 1500 calories per day, 60mins of excercise per day and stand 12 hours per day. Nearly 100% this week but I‘m sure I made up for it in some of those other days.

I'm signing up. I have a 2 mile walk I had done before my surgery that I want to do again. I will hopefully read 4 audiobooks with my walk. I want to do a mile the first 2 weeks, then walk the 2 mile loop
