This was an awful week. Daily appointments, work was manic, upstairs neighbour had been AWFUL so not a lot of sleep and an awful lot of stress but I survived!!

Books - In the middle of 3
5 portions of Fruit and veg - 2/7 (abysmal I know)
Vitamins - 4/7
Walk to work - 5/5
Yoga - Don‘t ask 🙈

All I can say is I am trying!

wanderinglynn I'm sorry you had a tough week. 💜 But I don't see anything abysmal (although that's kudos on such a powerful word choice) in your stats. You had a good week and made great progress! It's not about being perfect. It's about getting up every day and saying “I can do it.“ And guess what? You're doing it! 🙌 So celebrate your accomplishments! 2d

Managed to squeeze in yoga and a reading session before work this morning. Stan got extra cuddles so he was happy about it. #CatsofLitsy

My #BFC goals!

1 reading goal, 2 exercise goals, 1 diet goal and I have also added an extra goal (I hope this is ok!) to try and slowly organise my space to help me feel more organised/at peace mentally. So kind of a mental health goal?

Slightly apprehensive, but let‘s do this!!

It‘s a weight loss group which gives you a diet to follow with loads of recipes and advice to help you stick to it. You go for a weekly weigh in & to receive support and advice from your group! The diet is pretty simple, lots of fruit and veg and limited treats but it helps you build healthy habits rather than the awful diets I have tried in the past! 4mo

Mays listening hours are up and I had a decent week, I got 11.5 hours of fitness in this week and banished a load of calories 👊🏻 (only banished, they may be back with some whiskey tonight 🤫)

#BookFitnessChallange #BFC

Not a bad week, 1500 calories per day, 60mins of excercise per day and stand 12 hours per day. Nearly 100% this week but I‘m sure I made up for it in some of those other days.
