#bfcr3 week 4 check-in! I actually ran 3 times this week, so I gave myself credit for improving my average by adding to last week. I‘m hoping to do 3 runs this week too! I really like the Audible series I‘m doing. I hope everyone‘s had a happy, healthy week! #goteam

tjwill @bromeliad Thanks! That‘s how I was too, when I started getting back into running. I couldn‘t even run a mile without stopping. I used Couch to 5K app to help increase my distance, and now I love running. 3mo

Week 3 check-in. Made my steps goals 6/7 days; did yoga three times including teaching it at my work retreat! 🧘‍♀️; brought my lunch to work; meditated each evening; and finished 3 books bringing my total to 10/12. On Monday I‘m starting to run with two friends and am excited to have that set each week. #bfcr2 #bfc

My #BFC goals!

1 reading goal, 2 exercise goals, 1 diet goal and I have also added an extra goal (I hope this is ok!) to try and slowly organise my space to help me feel more organised/at peace mentally. So kind of a mental health goal?

Slightly apprehensive, but let‘s do this!!

It‘s a weight loss group which gives you a diet to follow with loads of recipes and advice to help you stick to it. You go for a weekly weigh in & to receive support and advice from your group! The diet is pretty simple, lots of fruit and veg and limited treats but it helps you build healthy habits rather than the awful diets I have tried in the past! 5mo
