We have a few stories that flesh out our characters even more, another fairy tale retelling on the side because why not?? and the cherry on top: the epilogue I NEEDED after the finale of Winter! ♥️
Well, onto Wires and Nerve now

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5 I love reading short story collections. Each story was so unique and filled in a missing piece to the series.
Finishing this book, completes my reading of the Lunar Chronicles. I loved this series, I‘d give the whole series a very solid 4.5, and definitely recommend it to people who like YA and fairytale retellings.
My husband drives about an hour to and from work everyday so one of our favorite things to do together is pick a series and he will listen to the audiobook and I read. Then we spend some time together at the end of the day talking about the story. One of my absolute favorite series of all time is the Lunar Chronicles by Marissa Meyer and this is one that we enjoyed together. I also may have incorporated parts of it into our wedding in 2017 😉🥰
It has been too long since I read the Lunar Chronicles to fully appreciate this collection of novellas. But it was still fun visiting this world and favorite characters.

I am officially done with The Lunar Chronicles series!☹️ I really enjoyed this collection of novellas. But what I loved most of all was the novella at the end where everyone went to Wolf and Scarlet's wedding. I am so glad that everyone got their happy ending. This was my 1st completed book in the #24b4monday readathon.
I just finished Stars above and overall I give the book a 3.5/ 5 stars. Not counting the last story in the book because that one alone is a 5/5 stars and worth its own rating. The other stories were cute and entertaining but I didn‘t fall as hard for them as I did the last story or the Lunar Chronicles.
I debated rereading this too, but decided I wasn‘t ready to leave the world. I‘m so glad I reread it. I‘m still not ready to leave this world though. 😂🤦♀️
I just finished Stars Above, and I loved it. It was so nice to visit my Lunar Chronicles friends, and it was interesting all the way through.
There was just one story that I feel didn't need to be in there, but otherwise, very quality content.
Stars Above was a wonderful way to wrap up TLC. It was full of a nice mix of prequels, new stories, and an epilogue to the whole series. Speaking of which, that epilogue was amazing, and you all should read it. Idc if Scarlet is your least favourite. It‘s good no matter what. While some of the stories were better than others (see that above sequel for my favourite) none of them were bad, which is a rare accomplishment for short story compilations.
A fun final chapter in the Lunar Chronicles. It fills in so many holes as the set up of many events in the series. It is a bunch of short stories that made it a great way to visit the characters I feel in love with and the final story is my favorite. It takes place after the series at the wedding of Scarlett and Wolf. It was great to check in on everyone after all they have been through.
A collection of short stories giving some background of each of the main characters. I thought that Cinder and Kai‘s first meeting from his point of view was really fun!
Long day at work....feel like losing myself in the lunar chronicles world for awhile.
I am totally finished with all the Lunar Chronicles books 😱😢 and this was somewhere in the middle. It's a fun collection of short stories about all your main characters, although since Scarlet is my least favorite character, I skipped out on the last half of the last story.
Fairwell, Cinder, Kai, Iko, Thorne, Cress, Winter, Jason, Scarlet & Wolf!!!
Meyer's favorite word? Mortifying... I've never heard that word so much as I have listening to these books!!!!
Hopefully I will get to start this today. Really wanting to crack this open.
I always feel badly when you can hear a narrator has a cold or allergies or is just generally stuffy. Rebecca Soler is having a tough time at the beginning of this and I keep wanting to blow my own nose!!!! Lol

At this point, I'm pretty convinced that Marissa Meyer could rewrite the phone book to make me cry. I loved these stories, some of them prologues and some of them epilogues to the main stories to give even more of a glimpse into what makes up the characters
The story with Sibil leaving Cress on her satellite broke my heart!
My next roll put me on the "reread" square of my game board so I'm going to finish my Lunar Chronicles reread.
Check out my blog for a review for Stars Above by Marissa Meyer 4/5 ⭐️ (link in bio) 😊
Started this audiobook yesterday.. Have been missing this world a little bit lol
Andddddd I‘m off to start this! I can‘t wait to read all the short stories of my favorite characters, I need more in the Lunar Chronicles! #lunarchronicles #mountTBR
I love the audiobook reader for this series - Rebecca Soler is fantastic! As far as the actual stories in this book go, I could take them or leave them with the rest of the series. Personally, Fairest was a better tie-in story to me. #🤷♀️
I love these characters so much and so naturally enjoyed reading more about them. The very sweet story, “Something Old, Something New” was lovely and made me smile.
I'm a completist when it comes to series I love, so for those purposes I'm glad I listened to this, but the stories were only okay. They filled in some gaps, but they didn't add a lot to the world-building or develop any characters further. Also, I think Rebecca Soler must have had a cold because she sounded stuffed up for a couple of the stories. Next, I need to get Wires and Nerve from the library and then I will have finished the whole series!
Some interesting background stories of all the characters, plus an epilogue of sorts.
Today is my daughter's 12th birthday. In the past few years, she has become a true lover of #bookreading. Fantasy series, graphic novels, and manga are her jam. And she prefers hardbacks.
(The wrapping paper is "crazy cat lady". Which is what my daughter tells people when they ask her what she wants to be when she grows up. ?)

Oh stars, I loved this short story collection. I've missed my 9 lunatics, especially you Wolf ❤️️
There was one story that I was confused as to why it was apart of the collection, but other than that, definitely pick this up if you're a Meyer fan !

Haven't been feeling well for a few days so I haven't done any reading. But I have this lovely sunny Sunday off and I thought I'd get some pages done ☀️
#DogsoLitsy
Today's plans consist of snuggling up on the couch and reading! You know where you can find me 📖
The last book. My heart... 🤧🤧🤧
Ive just finished this series and I must say, it's amazing and magical.
I have not hated a female character as much as I hate Levana. I went into Fairest thinking "misunderstood princess" but that soon changed to "BITCH"
This series is in my top 5 favourite series.
Finished Winter.
I love this series!
Each girl was amazing and kick ass in her own way.
I liked how Cinder wanted people to High five her instead of bowing.
Now onto the short stories and Fairest
4/5 ♥️
Checkout my review on my blog (link in bio). I really enjoyed these novellas that go with The Lunar Chronicles!

I absolutely loved it! Nothing new... I love everything Marissa writes ?
I've really enjoyed all the stories but my favorites were "The Princess and the Guard" and "Something old. Something new".
I wish the author wrote more about these characters. ?
I just read the first story and i loved it! I think i'd love anything written by #MarissaMeyer.
The perfect end to a great series. I've enjoyed all 6 books in this series more than I could explain, and I wish to find a love like I've experienced through the characters of these books ❤️
•He had wondered why she liked books so much, and if it had anything to do with why he liked spaceships. Because they could take you somewhere far, far away from here•
More tlc posts bc i am trash for these series:)
Lunar chronicles fans will probably lap this up, like I did. I adore this world and loved being able to live in it for a while longer. You want to have read the other books first (cinder, scarlet, cress and winter), before diving in. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I love fairy tale retellings!! I'm currently reading the Lunar Chronicles and enjoying them. 😁 Let me know what some of your favorite retellings are!
This candle from Novel Heartbeat Creations smells so good and goes so well with these books' covers! 😱

Have you read #TheLunarChronicles by #MarissaMeyer? I loved this series but I've not read #StarsAbove yet. I know a little spoiler about a wedding because I'm idiot and I use tumblr when I have books to read but I need to read these stories. Sooooo I'll probably buy this book this summer, in one of those crazy purchases I make every year. 😇
