Secret History of Twin Peaks | Mark Frost

🌲🌲🌲As I'm a huge Twin Peaks fan - I've now created a Twin Peaks Reading Challenge for myself. 🌲🌲🌲
To tackle my never-ending TBR & finally maybe pick up some books I've owned for years that may be a bit outside my comfort zone by now.

Then, I thought why not share it on here and see whether anybody on Litsy would share my passion and be interested in joining me 😊

I've created a prompt list with 24 prompts + 6 additional ones for this year.
That being said, this challenge starts on February 24 - the date on which Agent Cooper first arrived at Twin Peaks - and runs till February 23 next year.
I'll share the prompt list for 2024/25 within the next few days.
I've compiled enough prompts already to do this for a few years... 😁

This is super low-key. There are no 'musts', they never work anyways. Feel free to create a TBR list, if you like, I'd love to see wich books you choose.
Just use the #TwinPeaksRC/#TPRC and tag me when you post!
Make the prompts fit for you - novels, novellas, children's books, short stories, non-fiction!
And if you have further prompt suggestions, do not hesitate tell me (I suggest you use spoilers for those).

Yuki_Onna To add a bit more spice, I will additionally put all prompts in a jar, mix them and draw 1 of them on the 24th of each month.
That prompt I will *try* to prioritise with my reading😁

I'm likely to suck at my own reading challenge... 😁 If some of the prompts speak to you and help to pick up a book that's been on your TBR forever, then that's good, and you just tag me using one of the hashtags. Yuki_Onna @RaeLovesToRead Well, there's so much to read &watch and so little time... But I'm obsessed since I first watched it - also very late to the party, I first watched TP in 2011, I think. It's very dark and weird, yet sometimes very soap opera. And slow in the beginning, though. You need to give it time and let yourself be slowly sucked in... Ask @The_Penniless_Author, I just learned he's a fan, too! 😊

It's super low-pressure & casual, as I'm such a slow reader and know life just happens and doesn't care to give us enough reading time... 🙄

I played Pokémon, but only on Gameboy Color - till the third Generation, so most of the Galar-Pokémon of this year's challenge are also new to me... But it's so fun! :) 3mo
