#bfcr4 signed up and already excited! Thank you SO much for doing this again @wanderinglynn I know how much work this is for you. The fitness challenge is so good for me, it‘s had such a positive impact on my life and I‘m so pleased it‘s back.

Weights = 2 out of 6 sessions
Yoga = 2 out of 6 sessions
Eating = could‘ve done better
Books = 21 finished out of 15 as goal

Sorry, #GoTeam team-mates, I went a bit AWOL on the #BookFitnessChallenge in the last couple of weeks. I met my fitness goals (my PT has said he loves training me!), but still haven‘t got my nutrition where it needs to be, and although I have probably hit my reading goals, I gave up counting because giving myself a page target turned out to be a bad move, so I ended up putting pressure on myself 🙄.

Emilymdxn You‘ve done really great and I‘m just as proud of you as if you‘d meticulously tracked every last thing! Food is a difficult thing to regulate that closely and you kept reading - the counting isn‘t what matters most, the effort is. I‘m with your PT on this! 2mo

I got a run in today! I had planned to go yesterday, but there were two sketchy guys in the parking area at the trail where I normally run, and I just didn‘t feel safe. Unfortunately, I didn‘t have time to drive somewhere else first and still get in my whole run. My in-laws kept the kids this afternoon and my husband went out with me today. #bfcr3 #goteam

That‘s a wrap for #bfcr3 and thank you more than I can say to @wanderinglynn for all her hard work. Bfc has changed my life so much.

Books: 32/28
Steps: almost every day over 10k
Workouts: good amount of gym and yoga when I‘ve been in the country
No lifts and escalators: almost every day
Food: incredible profess, more fruit and vegetables than ever in my life

Thank you to my team who have supported me so much #goteam forever

On the treadmill!! I‘m loving this book so far, but I know it‘s not going to sit in the book holder on here to be able to be read 😓! #bfcr3 #bookfitnesschallenge #goteam

marleed I fell on a treadmill on day 1 of BFCr1. 18 weeks later and my shoulder is at 90%. So if the book don‘t fit I‘d recommend you quit - the treadmill, of course not the book! 2mo

Book 14/15 #bfcr3 #bookfitnesschallenge : The Last House Guest - I actually passed this one up originally because I had too many (as usual), but I got it back after Reese named it as her August pick, and I‘m glad I did! It was a great thriller, with a hell of a twist at the end!
