Once you get fit, your health will improve. You don't need to become an athlete for you to get fit. Athletes are required to reach a high level of fitness, and ordinary people only need to walk for a few hours or do several exercises to reach the right fitness level. Even if you have a busy schedule, you can have the chance to be physically fit. The only thing that you need to know is what fitness is all about and how you can become one of the physically fit individuals. And all of this up till now is just the beginning! Are you ready?

Almost forgot to post my February goals for #BFC21. I hope to workout 3-5 times a week, stretch before bed, read 10 books this month and have a dedicated writing time 2-3 days a week, even if it‘s just 15 minutes! @wanderinglynn

Walking = 59.15 out of 60 miles
Weights = 2 out of 6 sessions
Yoga = 2 out of 6 sessions
Eating = could‘ve done better
Books = 21 finished out of 15 as goal

#bfcr3 had a good week...got in a nice run with a friend, and some nice basketball playing today. Read 5 books, meditated every night, and did yoga three times. Picture from the basketball court in the forest at my in-laws.

This my last checkin for #BFCr2
I've read 15 books.
Exercised at least 3xs a week.
Drank a lot of water.
Got some nice meditation and coloring in.
Not too bad. I still have things to work on and will do so in #BFCr3 👟🚴‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️📖🖍😺

Apparently I forgot to post my goals for #BFCr3 So here they are: Read 15 books
Exercise 4xs a week - walking, stationary bike or 3000 steps
Cut way down on sugar and carbs - no soda except on vacation.
Meditation 3xs a week
Art for at least 2 hrs a week

I did pretty good on my goals this week, even with challenges of hub‘s having surgery and a little heat wave. Yay me! New goals for week 5: keeping with exercise at least 5 days but dropping the 30 minutes. I‘m starting a new program that‘s between 15-30 minutes per workout but just as intense. Dropping the water goal-I already drink plenty. Upping books to 30 total. And dropping the writing-it‘s not really working for me right now. 👇
