#bfcr3 had a good week...got in a nice run with a friend, and some nice basketball playing today. Read 5 books, meditated every night, and did yoga three times. Picture from the basketball court in the forest at my in-laws.

Exercise 4xs a week - walking, stationary bike or 3000 steps
Cut way down on sugar and carbs - no soda except on vacation.
Meditation 3xs a week
Art for at least 2 hrs a week
I did pretty good on my goals this week, even with challenges of hub‘s having surgery and a little heat wave. Yay me! New goals for week 5: keeping with exercise at least 5 days but dropping the 30 minutes. I‘m starting a new program that‘s between 15-30 minutes per workout but just as intense. Dropping the water goal-I already drink plenty. Upping books to 30 total. And dropping the writing-it‘s not really working for me right now. 👇
