I finished this one weeks ago. Our local indie bookstore owner recommended this series to me when I said I had loved Magpie Murders and Moonflower Murders. It's unique in that the author makes himself, mystery writer Anthony Horowitz, a character and narrator of the story. I was skeptical it would work for me, but I really enjoyed it. I will likely read more in the series to see how the relationship between Horrowitz and Hawthorne develops.
