I just adore this series! I haven‘t watched the Netflix adaptation yet, but it‘s on the top of my list!

After watching Heartstopper on Netflix multiple times because this is just the sweetest, most heartwarming story ever!!! I finally got the first volume and loved that just as much. Can‘t wait to read the rest. Charlie and Nick are just so amazing 💜💜💜💜
Sometimes I read a book that's difficult to review and then I just kinda stop updating here all together (said book was a wellwritten clifi/covid novel that I'm still processing I guess and will review later). But I recently binged all of Heartstopper and I wanna add to the chorus of reviews so:
An absolute delight!
Watching Nick and Charlie‘s relationship develop put the biggest smile on my face! So sweet and adorable. I‘m looking forward to watching the Netflix adaptation.
@Saknicole has been recommending this to me for a while, and since watching the lovely Netflix series adaptation (also so good!), I finally got to it! Such a sweet story and the comic style illustration is so well done and unique. I read the two chapters included in Volume One as the webcomic version, and the scrolling aspect was really effective.
Onto the next chapters included in Volume Two!

Finished the tagged book which makes 6 for June so far. I figured I better post my June #BFC2022 goals already. Technically that water goal also counts as a moving task because I don‘t want to be hauling 5 gallon bottles of water down the stairs 😅 I am hoping to stay put a while after this next move. 🤞
Loved this little graphic. I already have the rest of the series on hold. Nick‘s bi panic is 🥹💖 and reminded me of Ethan from Here‘s to Us
Recommended by a few friends, this is just adorable! I went ahead and put the rest of the series on hold. #pop22 ~ a book becoming a tv series or movie in 2022 #Booked2022 ~ adapted for the small screen *It could be used for several other prompts as well

i absolutely love nick and Charlie. they are so stinking cute. these graphic novels get more intense in content nature as they go on so if you‘re just in it for the happy and lovey stuff, I‘d stop after the second volume. but they talk about some very important things and their relationship and never wavering support is so beautiful and true.
Book 49/150. I loved this sweet story! Now, I can‘t wait to read the other volumes and watch it on Netflix!
I got this in the mail and decided to give it a quick read. I‘m not a graphic novel fan, but I LOVED the Netflix show so much, that I decided to give it a shot. It is such a heartwarming story, but I‘m definitely still not a graphic novel fan🤷🏻♀️

B is for Bi
I absolutely love everything about this graphic novel series.
The way she writes about figuring out your sexuality is so well done, and if is great bi representation. The story is sweet and lovely but doesn't sugar coat or ignore bullying and grappling with big feelings.
First Pride Month blessing came my way this morning 😜 My hold expired before I was able to finish it last month and I was very upsetti. 🌈📚
Absolutely effervescent, powerfully comforting, and downright wholesome 🥰🥰🥰 After watching the Netflix series, I had to pick up a copy of this first volume and it is just perfection. I can‘t wait to read the next one!
Sometimes you just need a cute and fluffy read. I adored this and cannot wait to read the next volume.
Hey everyone! today I'm for the review of the first volume of Heartstopper.
Honestly I kinda liked it! I don't usually read graphic novels, this in fact is my first one, but it was quite good. it's not my cup of tea but I enjoyed it.
Now I'm currently reading the second volume and I hope it will be like this or even better!
★★★½
This is the story that young people need today. It deals with sexual identity and questioning, friendship, homophobia, bullying, and individual integrity. Plus Charlie and Nick are just so darn cute!
I‘ve been meaning to read this for literal years then I saw there was a Netflix show and decided to finally read it. A very sweet, quick read. I read it in one sitting on a cold Sunday evening and it suited the mood perfectly. I‘m excited to read more for sure
This graphic novel is soo good! I just finished it and I definitely recommend. It‘s such a sweet lgbtq+ comic, I can‘t wait to read the next volume. And to watch the show.
Omgomgomg my students got me hooked on these comics. 😍 So freaking cute.
Do yourself a favor and watch this show on Netflix! (Based on this graphic novel of the same name). When I tell you my whole heart was a puddle of mush 🥺
After much peer pressure from my friends who are obsessed with the show, I finally bought (due to absurd library wait times) and read Heartstopper. The only truly bad thing I need to say about this are 1) what the heck was up with Charlie‘s head proportions to his body proportions? His head just felt too small for his body. Bugged me the entire time. 4⭐️
Finished my Heartstopper series read. This one is the toughest to read because it deals with some very serious topics - see comments for content warnings. But it is done with care, positivity and realistically. As with the whole series it is beautiful drawn and wonderful. 5⭐️ Cannot wait for Vol 5!
2nd book done for #20in4 #Readathon
If you haven‘t seen this Netflix series yet, it is so sweet and full of FEELS. Although I‘ve read a lot of LGBTQIA+ books, there‘s something extra I get from a great movie or tv series that makes the difficulties of being a teen dealing with love/sexuality/discrimination so visceral. Excellent casting - I‘m positively smitten with these two. 💕
Heartstopper on Netflix got me in too deep. I want to fall in love with a Nick Nelson of my own but also adopt this Nick and Charlie because I want them to only have good things!!! Especially given where this collection ends!!! #yalit #graphicnovels
I read Heartstoppers Summer 2020, & it was the sweetest antidote to the 1st COVID summer. I was really optimistic about the adaptation. I‘m just here to say that the adaptation is PERFECTION. If you haven‘t watched the show or read the graphic novel, DO IT NOW! Your heart will thank you, these boys and their friends and family are the sweetest. Not a false moment. Also still available as a serial on #WEBTOONS. #lgbt 🌈 #graphicnovel #netflix
I always try to read before watching, so I had to wait for this one on hold at the public library. A very sweet graphic novel about crushes, first love, rugby, and whether or not to be out in high school.
A very cute start to this graphic novel rom-com series, in which two high school friends start to think they might be something more. Already on hold for volume 2!
Has anyone else binge watched Heartstopper on Netflix this weekend? MJ had been looking forward to this for months, and we both LOVED it!
❤️🧡💛💚💙💜
The casting is perfect (but more Olivia Coleman please!), and quite faithful to the graphic novels. A must see for anyone who is a fan of the graphic novels!
Adorable and filled with emotion. Goodness do I miss teen crushes or absolutely love that I never need to go through that again?
Volume 1 ends on a bit of a cliffhanger so very glad past me was smart enough to buy 1 & 2 together
Finished my book yesterday and couldn't decide what to read next......
So I binge watched Heartstoppers on Netflix
Such a cute story, and a pretty decent adaptation in my opinion.
Rereading before I dive into the Netflix series. This YA graphic novel series is one of the sweetest love stories you‘ll ever read. One of my most recommended reads! 5+⭐️
Absolutely adorable!!
Stayed up laaaate to watch this after it dropped on Netflix! They nailed this adaptation, and the cast are adorable.
Happy Heartstopper Day! 🎉🎉🎉
Today the adaptation of this delightful graphic novel series is premiering on Netflix! 📚 Will you be watching? What are you MOST excited to see!? I can't wait for Charlie and Nick's adorably awkward conversations! 😁❤
Also, which graphic novel series is your favorite and would you love to see it adapted into a movie or t.v. series?! 🎥
Tfw you've been in a bit of a reading slump so you decide to reread the first two volumes of Heartstopper. I'm so excited for tomorrow!! 🤪
This is a really quick read and I really enjoyed it. I thought it was very fun and lighthearted and cannot wait to read the next book as well as watch the Netflix series coming out soon! Overall, the characters were wonderful and I wish them the best in the coming books.

Book 65
This volume was a lot more emotional and serious, so check the TW before reading. I loved the way mental health and sexuality is being dealt with in these novels. Nick and Charlie's relationship is absolute goals. I'm looking forward to reading the final volume when it's released.
Such a cute graphic novel about 2 boys falling for each other. An empowering story about coming out and young love❤The artwork was so cute and I loved the relasism of an English school. I can't wait to watch the Netflix show!
The joy these two high school boys feel in each other‘s company is palpable. 💕Young love. Realistic problems: Charlie has an eating disorder which isn‘t solved by the end of the book; Nick‘s father continually disappoints him; Nick‘s brother is a jerk; Charlie has an adversarial relationship with his mother. Reassuring reality: supportive group of queer friends; Nick‘s mother & Charlie‘s sister are both great. Brilliant LGBTQ graphic novel.
I don‘t read graphic novels until today and I guess there‘s no way but to read more. Not only that Heartstopper by Alice Oseman is my first graphic novel experience, it also evokes themes that I am most interested: identity, sexual orientation and expression, desire, belonging, love, being who you want to be and not feeling guilty about it, because in the end, 👇
Belated #BFC2022 Update
In February I managed my reading goal and read a couple of physical books from the library. However I didn‘t manage to go to gym every week because I was ill for the last couple of weeks (hence why this update is late!)
My March goals are
📚 Read the Heartstopper Series
🏃♀️ Do my PT routine at least once a week (so far, so good!)
First look at the new Netflix adaptation, including actor pics!!! https://www.attitude.co.uk/article/heartstopper-first-look-at-netflix-adaptation... I can‘t wait!!!
