Ive never read any books by Sarah J. Maas (i prefer to do the opposite of what‘s@the fad) but I really dont want to wait anymore. Which series should I start with? Does it matter? Should I read it in tandem? Let me know your thoughts! I love fantasy and smut/dark romance

Dragon I think this one is a good place to start 1w
5feet.of.fury This one or Throne of Glass. Basically just not Crescent City until after reading ACOTAR series. 1w
Read4life I started with this one. Moved to Throne of Glass after reading ACOTAR series. 1w

Feyre was married in secret to Rhysand and is now High Lady of the Night Court. She returns as a spy to the Spring Court with Tamlin, pretending that she had been brainwashed into staying with Rhysand in the Night Court for all those months. Secretly, Feyre is seething with anger and plots revenge.

Reading this one today. Almost done with it. I have 267 pages left to it. I need to sit down and finish it. I been reading If I Run which is a really good book by the way and I recommend you read it. But today I am reading this one.

Feyre and Rhysand from the ACOTAR series. I truly loved watching there love change and grow through the series. I loved the way Rhys always gave her what she needed wether she knew it or not. He helped her grow her power, regain her confidence, taught her to fight and helped her get her revenge. He made her his equal.

I'm not an emotional reader by any means. I have never cried while reading a book.... until this ripped my heart from my chest. I would give this a thousand stars if I could.

I am so glad that I picked up the second book in this series even though ACOTAR was just ok. Both the second and third book were intense and thrilling and I can‘t wait to read the novella and final book.

The third book in this series and a fantastic finish for Feyra and Rhysand‘s arc! I truly loved this book and series. My fiancé became invested in it while I was listening and it has been our thing to listen to while he plays video games for half a year. So happy there‘s other books to listen to! #wintergames #readitandwreath

What in the Cauldron! I can‘t decide between ACOWAR and ACOMAF, amazing in a similar but different way. It took me through a rollercoaster of emotions that I did not believe were possible. I stopped to analyze at some point if Sarah Maas is on an attempt to cause heart attacks on her readers, she does take you to WAR. Simply a fantastic work. I am truly amazed!!

I enjoyed how everything came together. These characters have really grown on me, which made some scenes heartbreaking. I didn't quite like the sisters, but I could live with them. I did however like the writing style and the choice of words. The end felt like a nice ending for the series, so I'm curious for the remaining parts.

Incredible ending for this war. It went so quick yet also slow. Fast in its action packed scenes, slow meandering conversations. There‘s so much to say for such a book. So much mystery unlocked here, especially the other courts we finally see. Emotions running high, friends and foes. The ending slayed for multiple reasons. So much crying.

Not my normal way to relax but for the last week, it's been great. Kids have slept most nights and reading distracts me. How's acotar #3?

The buzzing flies and screaming survivors had long since replaced the beating war-drums.
The killing field was now a tangled sprawl of corpses, human and faerie alike, interrupted only by broken wings jutting toward the gray sky or the occasional bulk of a felled horse.

This was a re-read (re-listen?) of my favourite SJM book. I sobbed during the last battle (like I did the last time I read it, and the time before that…). It is beauty and love and adventure and heartbreak.

4¼⭐
A decent ending-ish (since I know there are more books/spinoffs) to Feyre‘s story. I liked it…but…I think it was way too long. Those battle scenes were really quite monotonous…I actually kept tuning them out. Overall, this was a good fantasy series, that was made into a very good series with the Graphic Audio performances. I would‘ve never gotten past the first book otherwise.

BooksNBowls Yeah after ACOMAF, this one fell a little flat for me but I still liked the ending 10mo

As usual, the last 100 pages were the best. It took me 3 months to read, but the last 100 pages were read today.

Pros: LOVE these characters - great character development - the story telling is so vivid.
Cons: Unnecessarily long, which meant that it draggeddd in many places.

Idk. I don't want to stop reading, because of all the pros, but omg. @BookBabe32 thx for giving me the books because it will take me all year 🤣

Goodness me... I was very pleasantly surprised by how much I liked this series! The character development was simply beautiful and redemptive, often savage yet loving. It was a spicy romance bursting with sensuousness and filled with adventure, intrigue and betrayal.

I would recommend this book to anyone. Literally anyone.

📖📚Happy Reading!📚📖

Omg such an amazing addition to this kick ass series. SJM manages to break my heart into a million pieces and put it back together again multiple times throughout this book. I can‘t believe I forgot to review it earlier when I reviewed all the others 😅
