I did some anxiety baking tonight. I‘ve had some serious anxiety this week and I hate it. I made 3 kinds of cookies. Chocolate pudding with white chocolate chips, vanilla pudding, and my mama‘s chocolate chip. I only ate 2.
Anxiety sucks. I can‘t even figure out what book to read next.

tif I know the what to read next anxiety. I have this all the time when my anxiety is bad. I'm worried I'll read the "wrong" book and waste all that time that I could have been reading a different "better" book. Makes no sense but anxiety never does. Sending *hugs* 6y

Kaye Sorry to hear this .I have to work at it constantly. Although I STILL hate the gym, it actually helps to relieve the tension and stress. And 2 is keeping my brain occupied constantly, with audiobooks or podcasts. Anything to steer my brain in another direction. If I can‘t physically read, I have to have them on in the background . So I have the routine of gym and audio as constant distractions. Maybe walking ? 💕 Give these a try. I hope it helps 6y

🎄- for Christmas it's my Mom's shortbread and mincemeat tarts!!!!
🎄- we travel to my sister's every year, she is in the middle for distance. We are leaving tomorrow!!!!
🎄-32, it was a low year
🎄- it's Christmas Vacation for me!!!! We do watch Home Alone and Elf.
🎄- a new travel mug for going to book club, new cookie pans for my new oven and of course books!!

We are ready for Santa and his nine reindeer at our house! Plus, my super sweet 4.5 year old thought Santa might also like some Devil's Delight mix (pretzels, Golden Grahams, peanuts and pecans covered in vanilla almond bark), so we left him a little of that, too. 🎅🏻🍪🥛🦌🥕
