Loved every second of reading this book! It revived my love and desire to read books.
Blew my mind to find out that the author was influenced by Darling in the Franxx to write this book(you go my queen!)

The last MG graphic novel for #LMPC Group A was fabulous! Very experiential. No page numbers or right angled panels… I found this to be a slow read, but a completely immersive one. The art and text blended surprisingly well, and I could feel myself there with the characters and see everything they were doing around me. For me this was a 5 ⭐️ read even though I found the storyline fun but not remarkable, just because the characters were so bright.

I feel like it‘s rare that a book completely takes you by surprise, so I was grateful that this one did. That said, I‘m still deciding what I think about it since I found it so unexpected. But since it‘s an #LMPC book my review really aught to be vague anyway, so I have time to decide. 🤣 #WinterGames2021 #TeamGameSleighers #BBRC MG Horror

At the pool reading my #LMPC book. #groupA

Riddle is a ridiculously named 13 year old with over dramatic, cold parents. It‘s 1972 and something weird is going on with the disappearance of local boy Charlie Devlin.

I liked certain things about this book. The story, overall, was interesting. I loved Riddle‘s parents Camp and Greer, despite them being total assholes. But I had a difficult time with the writing style. Too many similes and metaphors. #nofemmeber #LMPC #yourbestamericangirl

Finally, a fantasy book I don‘t hate. This is fantasy lite, but still. Mabel and Jack are trying to find #solidground in Alaska after a stillbirth. They create a “snow child” one night that magically turns into a real girl. Faina ends up brining an unexpected joy to their lives while also bringing them closer together. This was @Laughterhp ‘s pick for #LMPC
