TheSpineView was the book club leader of the Litsy Sci Fi Book Club and KateReadsYA was the book club leader for the Whimsical Reads Book Club.
The book clubs I used to be in on Litsy are no longer active but at least I found some book clubs to join on Fable.
This is the leader of the #whimsicalreadsbookclub. Did she block me? I went to her profile to see if I can find out what we‘re reading this month and this is what I saw when I went to her profile. What did I do? All I wanted was to participate in the book club. If she wanted me to leave then she should‘ve told me what I did wrong and then removed me. Does it have to do with my review I wrote for When The Tides Held The Moon? This is so hurtful.
I joined 18 book clubs on Fable. My plan is to choose which ones to participate in each month or just choose 1 to participate in on Fable every month. If a club is reading a book I want to read then I‘ll participate in that club that month. The clubs on Fable are casual. I can participate whenever I want to. I don‘t have to participate every month and I like having the option to participate in different clubs on Fable.
Here‘s the book clubs I‘m hoping to participate in this month as well as the June picks. I‘ll be able to read the books for #whimsicalreadsbookclub and #litsyscifibookclub and I‘ll be able to participate in the Wednesday Addams book club on Fable since the audiobook for Come Closer is only 3 hours. I‘m not sure I‘ll have time to participate in the other Fable book clubs even though they‘re all reading books I want to read.
I just found another book club on Facebook because it was advertised on Facebook so I signed up and I joined the Facebook group. I don‘t know if I‘ll be able to participate every month because I‘m having a hard time catching up with buddy reads that I‘m a part of but it sounds fun. I read 1 book set in Key West that was a romance but I DNF‘d it because I didn‘t see any chemistry between the man and the woman. It also felt cringy.

This was a fun filter. I made this page in my book journal for all the books my sister and I buddy read this year. I just put it through Pic Collage‘s Magic Effects - Festive, and it turned my page into watercolor Christmas books instead!

My father-in-law is staying with us this weekend so I didn‘t get a lot of reading done. Instead I worked on my book journal while we watched Xmas movies.

I deleted my club on Fable. I started my club in September and took a break from choosing a book this month. I don‘t think I‘m going to have time next year to run my club because I have so many Netgalley ARCs to read and I‘m just not having fun running my club anymore. I‘ll still use Fable but I‘m not going to start another club. Maybe I‘ll join a club on Fable instead.

My first ever book club was with moms from my sons preschool! It was great fun and I read books I would have never picked up otherwise!
Now I lead the contemporary book club at my library and a middle grade book club with my friends, both are great fun!
Book people are the best!

BOTM came today!
Im going camping in two weeks so i hoping to be able to relax and get some reading done!
I signed up for group M with manga and there's one more spot left! After my son was born last year I haven't been able to participate. I'm excited for a genre that's faster to read!
The next round of #LMPBC is open, and after a long absence I am joining in again! I signed up for Group D, fantasy/retelling along with @Chrissyreadit and @Laughterhp 🙌🏽. I haven‘t read a lot of fantasy lately, and I miss the genre!

My boss is the best. She gave me this as a birthday present (my birthday was last month but I was on vacation at the time) and I absolutely love this. I bought myself the water bottle as a bday gift to myself lol she made the card herself too.
