I just spent the whole afternoon going through my Litsy TBR list, removing duplicates, books I already own but neglected to remove, books I no longer want to read, and books that I have no idea how they got on my list to begin with, including the tagged book. Very satisfying activity.

Now I will reward myself with a book purchase, as one does. 🤣

I got a lot more use out of these cookbooks when I lived alone. Laziness and the convenience of vegan convenience foods is no excuse!

I don't fave photos of plates with meat on them. While it isn't the same for all vegans, it takes a bit of disconnecting to look at cooked animal parts and not feel sad.

I'm grateful that my favorite foods are plants!

It's extensive and extremely informative. The introductory prose is humorous, the sectioning makes entries easy to find, the pictures look tantalizing. Wow! If you're a vegan or vegetarian or thinking about it, this may be your go-to book! #blameLitsy #blameMrBook 😎
