Holy crap! That‘s all I got. I started this book yesterday evening and finished it this afternoon. Didn‘t want to put it down! My mind is blown! Probably the best book I‘ve read this year
Finished the book and it was amazing!!!
If you‘re looking for a page turner you won‘t want to put down, read this. I was tempted to stay late at work finishing this instead of leaving, and I ended up staying up way past my bedtime finishing it. Super creepy psychological thriller with romance thrown in. I didn‘t love the ending so it‘s not a perfect five stars but it‘s close!
Ok...This book was great! I was truly skeptical because of the mixed reviews. I totally loved the twists. I don‘t want to give away any details. I love a book that makes me scream, “Bi**h whaaaat!!!!!” I just can‘t wait for my friend girl to finish so I can discuss with someone.
It's poll time book lovers!
I've been patiently waiting for my local library to get Verity by Colleen Hoover. In the mean time, I've decided to read one of her other books. I have It Ends With Us and Without Merit. I've never read her before, so out of these options, which did you pick?
IT ENDS WITH US vs. WITHOUT MERIT
comment to let me know!
Heard so many mixed reviews on this book. I am finally taking the plunge!
5 ☆ YES, yes, yes! I‘m so excited to see CoHo‘s move into the thriller genre with this trauma-induced tale which is a he** yeah to thrill seekers. Shocking, check. Disturbing, check. It scared the bejesus out of me!! Verity‘s a must read. I was fastened to my seat the whole crazy way. 🖤
This book's got me hooked so for. Mylee she's liking it too, but she's not sure yet, check back with her at the end and she'll let you know what she thinks. 🐕 📚💖
What the hell did I just read?!
This is just creepy and riveting. The moment I started reading this book, I can‘t seem to put it down. There are times I wanted to put the book down so I can take a breather because this book made me so angry (in a good way though.) And the ending was cleverly done, I was like “no way!! this isn‘true right?! right!!??”. I really recommend this to anyone who likes thriller and mystery books.
I liked this one. Had to get it through inter-library loan, it came all the way from Wichita, Kansas, to New Jersey! The twists - I will probably go back and forth, thinking about this book, for a while. Recommended. A plus for me, I realized after a while, that it was a self-published book, so it qualifies for one of my reading challenges too. Yay!
I debated for a long time whether to give this book 2 or 3 stars. I give it 3 stars because the psychological thriller aspect had me on the edge of my seat the whole time. It‘s not higher than that because the language and excessive amount of intimate details are not my cup of tea. They kept me from enjoying the book as much as I might have. I‘m still mulling over the ending. Wow!
I‘ve seen a lot of buzz about this one, so I borrowed it from Kindle Unlimited, and I‘m going to give it a try. Colleen Hoover is a new author for me too.
MAN it felt good to finish a book in record timing again. This one was GOOD. So good. I‘d love to say more but, just like everyone else, I can‘t say anything without feeling like I‘m giving it all away.
Reading slump might be over! 🤞🏻 Time to get to my lovely swap books 😊 📚 and the rest of my tbr 😂
Thank you Page Turners, if you‘re here, for being obsessive bookworms 🙌🏻
