1. I like both, but I'd give the edge to cinnamon.
2. I've never had pumpkin soup, so I'll go with pumpkin bread, especially with some creme cheese spread.

1. I grew up on a farm, so there was always gardening to do, planting, weeding and harvesting.
2. My mother grew flowers but that was her domain, the kids stuck to the vegetable garden.
3. No Blade of Grass by John Christopher or Greener Than You Think by Ward Moore. Both are dystopian stories, I'm not a happy nature story reader 🤣

♥️ Waldenbooks They don't exist anymore, but that was the 1st book store I ever went to, in the 1st mall I'd ever seen (I was 12). Also, later in my 30s I worked for them as an asst manager.

III. Simon R. Green, John Scalzi, Neil Gaiman, Erik Larson, Sam Kean.
IV. Air conditioning. I couldn't survive these 100+ temp days with just ceiling fans. As a kid, our house didn't have a/c, only the fans, but I don't remember it being as hot and oppressive as it is now. Chalk it up to either old age or just hotter days due to climate change.

1. My sister comes to my house to help hand out treats on Halloween. I love seeing all the costumes.
2. The Legacy Of Luna is not in the Litsy database, but it & A Walk in the Woods are the first 2 books about environmental concerns I remember reading. I still have both books.
3. GR & this year I started keeping a notebook so I can track the diversity of my books.

1. The only author I'm 100% sure I've read his entire works is Frank Herbert. Simon R. Green would be a close second, but I need to read the 6 or 7 books in the Ishmael Jones series to make it complete.

1. I think I‘ve read all of Pat Conroy‘s books, I may have missed one about writing. I‘ve read Wendell Berry‘s fiction but not all of his poetry & NF. He‘s written a lot of NF.
2. I like some love triangles but can get tiresome, esp in YA books. Peeta-Katniss-Gale
3. About 30, at least 6 of those are Teva flip flops. I do have some I need to donate/throw away.

1. I‘ve read 2 of the Hangman‘s Daughter series but have gotten sidetracked for a couple of years. Might eventually get back to them.
2. One of many—when I had to read Prince of Tides & Lady Oracle (Margaret Atwood) in grad school. Both authors became important to me.
3. Many of us have the same crushes. ❤️ Gilbert was the first I remember. Jamie Fraser, Eric Northman, Darcy (last 2 influenced by Skarsgard & Firth).

1. Barbara- been friends for 18 years and we met when i hired her as my assistant manager. we both only worked there a few years but im glad we did!
