1) I gave books to my children and my nephew, and bought myself a few books. My children love it when I get them books they might like. Not so sure about my nephew, but he hasn't complained yet.

1. The Wager by David Grann. It's an amazing true life story of survival. I highly recommend it.
2. I finished Fourth Wing by Rebecca Yarros, but I contemplated bailing on it many times. I don't think I've ever yelled at an audiobook before, and I rolled my eyes enough to give me headaches.

📚Way too many books. If I am on a week-long vacation, I would most likely bring 7 to 10 titles.
📚This is a problem because I always bring physical books with me. Even on an overnight trip, it is not uncommon for me to bring around 3 physical books so that I can read whatever suits my mood at any given moment. 🤷🏽‍♀️

1. I collect antique books and do love to smell them. I don‘t really sniff new books—I prefer that aged aroma! 😂
2. We‘ll, I‘m reading Clown in a Cornfield and the character Cole sounds pretty cute. I‘m sure my teenaged self would have loved to date him, but right now it would be a felony! I‘m also reading House of Leaves but am not far enough in to find anyone appealing.

2.I‘m in an IRL bookclub and it‘s legitimately a highlight each month for me ❤️I also enjoy the Litsy #BuddyReads especially the ones I host a few times a year with @BarbaraBB 😁

1. Not a list as such, but my tbr on Litsy‘s my inspiration. However, I‘m not buying a lot of books these days (I can‘t remember the last time I ordered books for myself), so I might have to make a list soon 😅

2. I‘m not really a pre-order kind of gal. Especially since I‘m bad at keeping up with new releases, and only realize a fave author has a new book coming when it‘s already out 😅

1. My daughter used to be an avid reader. I believe she will return to this sometime in her adult years. My mother is a big reader.

01. When it makes me think, smile, and want to reread it.
02. Each reread gets its own independent rating. But, yes, sometimes my view of the book changes, and it gets a different rating from the previous reading.
