I really did enjoy this book!!! I enjoyed the mystery and darkness of this book! Loved the characters too!!! I rated this book a 4 out of 5 stars.
It was a wild, cold, seasonable night of March, with a pale moon, lying on her back as though the wind had tilted her, and a flying wrack of the most diaphanous and lawny texture.
This book is such a great read so far 😀
Any recommendations for classic Horror?

I‘ve never read Dr.Jekyll but I imagine from all the movies I‘ve seeing that there must be a #laboratory somewhere in this story.
So I am wanting to start listening to the tagged book for #NWC.... I just looked on Scribd and they have a ton. Does anyone know which one would be good to listen to???

Well, one more down for my 'Every trick in the book' read-a-thon! That's 4 down and 6 to go! I really didn't like this. I was bored & by the end I was barely paying attention. 🤷🏻
1. Nature of the beast - Animal Farm
3. Bloodbath and Beyond - Dracula
6. Me, myself & Hyde - The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde
7. Alice - Go Ask Alice
Finally read this one, and while it wasn‘t what I expected, I quite enjoyed it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
It has been a while since I read this, so I was due a re-read.
For such a short book, it packs a lot in.
I like how it doesn‘t exactly lay out what deeds Mr Hyde got up to, and that he is an enigma until the end.
For me this is a true classic! (I like the more supernaturally ones for sure)

Jekyll and Hyde was my May #doublespin and finishing it gives me my first #bookspinbingo of the month, too!
It looks like I‘m reading a lot, but it‘s three novellas, three graphic novels (two MG and one early MG), and a short MG novel. I don‘t know what else I‘m doing but I feel like I‘m chasing my tail this month.
I was sure I had read this before but nothing was familiar. The story is quite different from how it is generally depicted in movies, and well worth a read. There are some Gothic influences at work in Stevenson‘s writing, and none of the action is really depicted directly; both of which were surprising. This is more character study than horror story, in my opinion.
It was ok, i like movie adaptations better.

#lostbooks The original manuscript for The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde is lost and supposedly has some major differences in the storyline.

The Strange Case of dr. Jekyll and mr. Hyde illustrated by Alejandro Colucci printed by Easton press. Man this leather bound beauty is tantalizing but at 5 monthly payments of $75 dollars it is way out of my reach. I guess I'll just have to oggle it from the interwebs... sigh...
Thanks @ValkyrieAndHerBooks for the chance to win in your #StrangeAndDeadly giveaway! I think Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde is pretty strange and deadly.
Yes, I should be sleeping. But my mind had other plans this morning. Enjoying the last little bit of "The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde" when I cannot get back to sleep. #cantsleep #almostfinished
This book has been on my list for a long time. At the moment, I am actively reading 3 books...it seems I am incapable of picking just one book to read. I'll post tomorrow about the other book I'm reading at the moment. #creepy #robertlouisstevenson
I just received my custom rubber stamp and I already loved it. Let the stamping begin! 😍 #rubberstamp #bookstamp
3⭐ This book was hard because I knew the basic concept and most of the book is setting up the big reveal. So in the end, only the last chapter was interesting. I'm glad I read it, but it's hard to recommend knowing that nearly everyone knows the premise and this book doesn't offer much outside that.
This is from #MountTBR so there's that!
