Why do people keep putting holds on my library books? 😑 I haven't even had this all that long. 😇 (Ok, to be fair I have done the same to others 😅 and not being able to renew a book is frequently what it takes for me to get around to reading it 🤪)

Hello! It‘s been a while but I am back and excited for the new year. This year my New Years resolution is to read every morning with my coffee before starting my day hopefully this will help me be able to reach my goal of 35 books this year. I will be documenting and reviewing all the books I am reading so stick around! ❤️ #newyear #readinggoals

This was a great kickoff to the year! Two 5⭐️ books already, Plainsong and Night Watchman, and both from challenges, which is why I do them! 🤩 My other two #ALSpine reads, Bell Jar and Ghosts, were great also. I made my #roll100 goal of one each from print and audio even though they weren‘t fantastic. (Climbing Mount TBR one book at a time!) Babel is a new fave from the #tob, but Age of Vice was a bust. Review of Drinking Games soon. #BookReport

My first book of 2022 was my fav of the year! Heard good things about this tagged thriller coming out in March 2023. For #serieslove2023 I hope to get to the next book in a whole bunch of series I‘m in the middle of. #readinggoals #newyearnewbooks

As the year closes and a new one opens its doors I've started to think of what I want in 2023.

For my #ReadingGoals I hope to focus more on quality instead of quantity. I am not aiming for a number but more for what speaks to me. I still plan to participate in challenges but I will be more low-key and not stress over it. This past year I haven't enjoyed reading as much as usual and I want to get that feeling back 😁

I can‘t believe it‘s the end of the year already, ugh. I don‘t think my goals change much each year but in 2023, I definitely need to double down on finishing the 20+ books I have half-read. And since I‘ve been kinda MIA and haven‘t logged/reviewed much in 2022, I need to spend time updating StoryGraph, Litsy, etc. with what books I‘ve read. #readinggoals
