TheAromaofBooks @Bookwormjillk - While I agree, in fairness Dorothea went on and on and on about how what she wanted from marriage was to learn from/help someone “wiser“ than her. I think she's starting to realize that that isn't a great balance for a marital relationship... although sadly I don't think she's realized that Casaubon isn't really that wise 🙄 1y

8little_paws I actually saved some of my cats fur when he died so I can make a knitted toy of him and put the fur in with the stuffing. I haven't started that yet, but I think this winter might be a good time. 5y
