I am ridiculously excited for this list of 16 books from @vivastory for #NewYearWhoDis!

7 was on my list, and I‘ve read and enjoyed 4, 8, 11, 12, 13. I‘m rereading The Martian Chronicles because I first read it nearly 30 years ago! #FeelingOld 😂
I‘m interested in more than these five, but I wanted highlight Scott‘s great list!

monalyisha Also, George Saunders is my husband‘s favorite author. He‘s normally not a big reader but he greedily devours his short story collections! 2y
Megabooks @DGRachel I wrestled with whether to put that in the graphic. Same with the Baldwin, Didion, and The Stone Angel. TBH, there are only one or two that I‘m not interested in. Just an amazing list! I just wanted his list to be easily readable to those who are interested. I love seeing other pairs lists. 2y

Megabooks @monalyisha I really enjoyed the Saunders. I read A LOT of sci fi when I was younger, and I think it‘s something whose time has come to renter my TBR more often. I wanted to read the Jasson after the #NYRBBookClub reviews came in. Sounds really fantastic! 2y

Megabooks @vivastory like you, I‘m going to wait on purchasing until my gift cards come at Christmas 😃, but I‘ll probably read Say Nothing whenever my library hold comes in. My library does have several others, too, which is great. I‘ll definitely be reading some trickled throughout the year in addition to a few in January! 2y
