I like the idea of a story about post-apocalyptic days where people come together and build a new world. (Instead of all trying to kill each other 😧)

I‘ve never been a big fan of mythology but if there‘s one thing I‘ve learned from Litsy, it‘s to try reading books outside my comfort zone. And everybody on here loves it ,so here we go!

Gryffleclaw95 I really am not a huge mythology fan either, but this was very well written and I ended up enjoying it! Hope you like it! 9mo
Librarianaut I had the audio version of this book- it was amazing. The narrator did a fantastic job of telling a gorgeous story. 9mo

Fellow Littens , I need your advice. I want to try bullet journaling in 2019 and need to know what brand notebook you‘d recommend. I want one with good quality paper, not too small or too big and with a nice cover. Recommendations? Go!

Literary_Siren I kinda want to do this too! Someone keep me posted! 10mo
jillrhudy I think the website by the bullet journal guru guy has them. 10mo

BookishMarginalia I have this one from Chronicle and I love it — thick pages and gilded edges https://www.amazon.com/Shine-Bright-Productivity-Journal-Chronicle/dp/1452168245... @Literary_Siren (edited) 10mo
JaneyWaneyB Either Moleskine or Leuchtturm notebooks with dotted pages or look on Etsy for travellers notebooks and build up your journals that way. Pinterest is my go to for inspiration on planning, changed my organisation and mind space completely through tipbits on there. Enjoy and hope you love the creativeness of it 10mo
Viji Thanks for the tips @BookishMarginalia and @JaneyWaneyB! I‘ll post a picture when I get started. 10mo
JamieArc I‘ve been using Leuchtturm dotted or grid notebooks for my past few, but am eyeing Archer and Olive notebooks to try out for my next one. 10mo
Larkken I like to go to half price books during their December journal and planner sale and pick out one that makes me happy. They have knock off moleskins, but I often like some of their weird ones that have the calendar somewhere in there... You know, for reference. 10mo
tdrosebud I just got an Artist's Loft one from Michael's. I didn't want to go too expensive if it turned out I wouldn't really like the process. 10mo
LauraBytheBook I used Leuchtturm this year and loved it. I plan to get another one for 2019. 10mo
Viji Thanks for all the great input, @KnitNread , @tdrosebud, @larkken, @jamiearc! (edited) 10mo
Bklover I like Leuchtturm dotted grid. 10mo
Viji Thanks, @bklover, that seems to be the consensus. 10mo
Moony I agree with @BookishMarginalia The notebooks by Leuchtturm or moleskins are wonderful and the book by Ryder Carroll is great. I learned the method with his homepage. But the book have backgrounds and extra tips. By now I go to an paper shop and look for nice notebooks with blank pages. Dotted paper is good but not a "must have". 10mo
InnerSavvy I was not sure if I would keep it up so I got a $5 dot journal at Michael's Arts and Crafts. Turnd out I really love the journal and will keep using it. 10mo

merelybookish Ditto @Andrew65 Amazing books! 2y
CareBear @Viji @Andrew65 I read A God in Ruins first and then Life After Life. I am conflicted about my opinion on which is best to read first.
