This wasn‘t my favorite but I‘m not sure why. I couldn‘t ever decide if I was supposed to like the FMC or if I just thought she was vapid and a bit immature. While I do like the fake dating trope, this one got crazy really quickly, and wasn‘t very believable to me.

When Louis tried to stop a man from beating his dog, Louis‘s response to the man justifying himself was priceless: “He‘s not your dog. He‘s God‘s dog.“

Pickpick

John learns about his grandfather‘s service as a code talker during World War II in this picture book for older kids. It‘s a story based on the experiences of code talkers as they navigated the army and developed the code that could not be broken. A pronunciation guide in the back helps readers practice the Navajo language. #BBRC #PictureBook #LetterU

LibrarianRyan Cool. When I saw the notification I thought it was far 1y
Librarybelle @LibrarianRyan That was the first one that popped up in all of my searches! It gets confusing when different books have the same titles 😂 1y
