Nute These are the type of bookmarks that I like more than the purchased bookmarks from a store. I like bookmarks from a book event, a book promotion, from different libraries, from indie bookstores and the ones that accompany orders from Book Depository...oh, and definitely homemade bookmarks. They feel EXTRA special. Congrats on your collection...very nice! 4y

I love all of my mugs, shirts, totes, and this special bracelet and necklace from Sher 💞 It reads “I am a better me because of you” on the front and on the back “The story of friendship is written on the pages of the heart.” I wear them everyday 💗 I know there have been many posts “only” wanting book related posts to be on Litsy. If you take away the personal involvement and friendships we have grown it will be a sad day. 👇🏻

wanderinglynn I personally haven‘t seen a decline in participation, so I‘m not sure what spurred this whole conversation. Oh, I know some may have dropped off, but that‘s normal. Some leave, but some join. Things change, evolve. Personally, I love Litsy because of the people and I love that everyone shares their life and love of books. 💜 4y

Prairiegirl_reading Why is it that people find it difficult to scroll past what they aren‘t interested in? Let people do what they want with social media! Unless it spreads hate it‘s all good. We are all different and that‘s what makes life interesting. It‘s what makes reading interesting. 4y

TheAromaofBooks I agree. I have only been here since May, but I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere here. I enjoy reading about random life and sharing some of mine, and love seeing posts about letters and books being exchanged between members. Books are our initial common ground, but the friendships are what make being here worthwhile. 4y

TheSpineView 💝I am in total agreement with everyone. The vast majority of posts are book related. I would guess 98% or better. If a topic is not for you just keep scrolling. The friendships I have developed is what keeps me coming back day after day. Love this community and all you Littens! 💝 4y

LauraBeth The friendships I‘ve made on Litsy will be lifelong. I think we have all bonded together over books but Litsy has also allowed us to bond over other things as well. I‘ll never forget the community and support from Littens when my mom died. ❤️ I feel like a lot of us have gone through some big life events together. When people let you in their life like that - it‘s special. There is nothing wrong with Litsy as far as I‘m concerned. 4y
