Urban fantasy is hit or miss with me (mostly miss) but I keep trying. I am not a fan of vampire books and a lot of urban fantasy has vampires in it.

This one though has nary a vampire in it. Fae and witches plenty which is cool. I really enjoyed Alex, Death, and Falin.

I really didn't need another series but here we go. I'm looking forward to the six other books in the series.

2. Tagged is one of my many favorite witchy reads.

Alex is a grave witch who works for the Tongues for the dead, she has a PI license and a magical certification. Her sister hired her to investigate a case that involves their family. Investigator Falin Andrew will make difficult her work, or maybe not? What is the relationship in this case with Alex and her family? Who really is Falin Andrews? Urban fantasy with paranormal creatures. It was funny for me and absurd but I enjoyed it 3⭐️

I was planning to read the main #PLC book for April (These witches don‘t Burn) but I just couldn‘t get into the head space for an audiobook this month!

I didn‘t read this pick last time, and the other #ParanormalLoveCrew members seem to love it, so I picked this up instead!

I thought it sounded similar to a series I like (Greywalker) and while it wasn‘t really, I loved the premise and the characters. I might have to continue soon...

I really enjoyed this - so much I‘ve already bought the sequel! A fun blend of crime, fantasy and romance. Alex is a fantastic character- strong and witty.

I think this was the side book for April‘s #plc #paranormallovecrew.

I've blown through this series in just over a week. I love a good paranormal series and this one was really enjoyable.

just realized I read the third book in the series 😣🔫, but at least they were all on overdrive!

I hate when they put stickers on the cover! 😡
