My kind of party.
Great book! Totally shows what it is like for a lover of books.
I‘m thinking that this extract indicates that I am not alone in being adept at walking and reading at the same time. Most people I know are surprised that I don‘t bump into things or trip over!
Thanks to @guinsgirlreads whose recent posts brought this delightful book to my attention.
Book Love was a simply adorable and easy read! This would be just lovely in print. The type of book where you can devour the whole thing in one sitting, or only read a few pages at a time. Perfect for a coffee table book, or for a gift to any of your bibliophile friends. It's very easy to relate to, and immediately puts a smile on your face. #NetGalleyReadathon 1/30
This book so perfectly shows the life of a reader! I saw myself (and all Littens) on every page! I need some of these pages framed on the walls of my library!
This is how I feel lately. The last two days have been hard and I feel like books are friends that understand you! I don‘t understand people sometimes. I am ok just want to retreat into books for a couple of days but unfortunately life doesn‘t allow that. But I knew that my Litsy friends would understand.
1) One of my favorite bookish fan art pics! I think she‘s beautiful ❤️

“Books are the quietest and most constant of friends; they are the most accessible and wisest of counselors, and the most patient of teachers.”
So me!!! Lol 😂
This was cute. The illustrations are adorable and the author/illustrator captures the spirit of loving books. But I‘m glad this was a #hoopla loan and not a purchase because the themes played on repeat after the first 25 pages (how books smell, books over humans, my night is “all booked up” and spending money on books is better than spending money on anything else).
As much as this small little comic was relatable and delightful, as an admirer of the written word, I couldn‘t help but feel disappointed. Disappointment may be too harsh a word, but I found I wasn‘t as emotionally attached as I thought I would be after having read Book Love.
March was a good reading month! We finished our #HobbitHistory readalong which was a 5 star read for me, and I loved the graphic novel Book Love. The rest of the books I read were pretty good as well.
Just wanted to say hey ? to these Littens and thanks for the follow! ?

So many pages in this book are completely relatable! It was a joy to read a few pages at a time over the last few days.
