mom2bugnbee I don't. We moved to Tennessee nearly 25 years ago. My in-laws still live just outside of Gainesville, so we make it to FL regularly. I loved growing up near Orlando! 3y

So I‘ve read this book to my three-year-old about a billion times, and tonight he says, “Cat in the Hat”. I‘ve never noticed it before. I think he‘s smarter than me.

1. Yes! We also have an aquarium and gardens. There is a train that connects the three.
2. Yep, we have an annual family bio park pass. It gets us into all 3 places. Went to the zoo on Sunday, #Zeek wanted to check on the penguin exhibit, make sure they are building it properly. 😂

I somehow missed this book as a child, but I love discovering it now. A bear like creature really wants to be in the zoo. He can do tricks with his spots. They are amazing. This easy reader picture book has a cadence similar to Green Eggs and Ham, and a story as fun.

Put Me in the Zoo was the first book my biggest kid ever read. It is a cherished favorite in my heart. And total mom moment- this kid has a love of reading just like me but looks like his dad. And he makes me play D&D with him.
