I‘m about a third of the way through this and it‘s really packing a punch. Lots to think about.

pickThis was a fun read. Lucy is at a not-so-great post in life and estranged from her only relative, a reclusive film star. She accepts a temporary job as a Bearer of Bad News, whose job description is not clearly defined. What results is a big adventure and (my favorite part) a look back in time at WWII Berlin and lost family treasure. It is light but also deals with some heavy topics. Recommend! Coming in late April.

I was influenced into buying the TikTok bookshelf. I love it! I‘m thankful my husband helped me (read: did it himself) put it together because it was complex. Thinking about getting another….its so nice that it doesn‘t have to go against a wall.
I am a book whore. I work at B&N and bring home something ALMOST EVERY SHIFT. It‘s a problem (but is it?). Here‘s today‘s haul, one of them is an ARC.

I‘ve been devouring the books on my iPad that I have from the library but decided that it‘s time to switch to a paper book while on vacation. Easier reading on the beach. I‘ve had this on my shelf for a while but never realized it was set in Positano which is one of my favorite destinations.
pickI'm going to give this ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but not because I loved it. I admire the story this author crafted and it upset me SO MUCH.
