pickSo I started this chunkster this morning with the intent to read just a bit, and now it‘s 8pm & I‘ve finished it. I loved the second book in the series; it took what I liked about the first book & made it better. A love story, a story of self-discovery & growth wrapped in an epic fantasy bow.
Just finished off the first book in the series and on to this one! I hope it‘s good! Any thoughts on it? 😅
pickHands down my favourite book of this series, the characters involved were developed amazingly and the story twisted into something i didnt expect- at one point i ended up shouting at the page! Fantastic, will read again and again.
Obsessed with this series right now. You know it‘s good when book 2 is better than book 1. And about 400 pages longer. Delicious, absorbing, satisfying - I simply cannot stop reading. Seriously hitting that exact right fun summer reading spot, while simultaneously being deeply rich and thoughtful when it comes to issues of equality, trauma, and abuse. I mean, seriously, Sarah J Maas might be fae herself.
Struggling with this one. Less than 100 pages in. I don't like how weak and ignorant Feyre is regarding her life and Tamlin. I know that's probably what the author is going for but I wish she was a more independent person and would think for herself.

pickAnother book I have read and reread, this is my favorite book in this series and probably by Sarah J. Mass. The character development is incredible in this book as well.

pickSorry that I have been missing for the past little bit. I have had a lot going on in my personal life so I haven‘t had as much time to read. However, I did finish this chunk of a book. I absolutely adored it. I can‘t wait to continue on with the series. There were twists and turns I never saw coming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Gawd, am I the only one super conflicted about this story. Cause I am. Feyre is an idiot with zero self preservation, doesn't trust her get etc but I enjoyed the story.

pick👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 LOVED it! The plot is complex but compelling, characters are fantastic, world building is very detailed, and, as I noted in a previous post, this book has a sizzling romance. I‘m sticking to my guns that this should be adult fantasy and not found in the teen section due to all the sex and violence but it‘s likely nothing today‘s teens would find at all shocking. I loved the ending too; what a great cliffhanger! Bring on Book 3!

Holy sexual tension!!!! I‘m not sure how I feel about this steamy book being aimed towards teenagers but I know how I feel about reading it - clearing my afternoon so I can read read read. Oh yeah and I think the plot is good too but it‘s hard to care 🤣😳😱🤣

pickThis is the second book in the first YA fantasy series I‘ve ever read. This series got me out of a 10 year reading slump. Every book has problems but I loved every moment. Chapter 54 is EVERYTHING (Even more so than 55)I love a good love story.
pickI grumbled through the first 1/5th of this book, tired of high-lord romance, wanting Feyre to shine on her own. And as if Maas heard me, she gave me exactly that. Feyre‘s transformation was amazing! The new characters were a breath of fresh air. I couldn‘t choose one favorite. Then, Maas threw a bomb in the later chapters that made me realize how clueless I‘ve been this whole time, made me go back and re-read everything, and it‘s beautiful.
pickOh. My. God. This series is amazing. This was even better than book one and I didn't think that would be possible. I think my brain just melted. I hope they never make these into a movie because they won't be able to do it justice.
When you finally see Rhysand for the precious little moonbeam that he really is 😁. P.S. This will be me all day today 😂
