pickI have nothing but love for this series. The 3rd book may differ from the first two, some may not like it. As for me, it didnt make it anything less than the other two. It breathe life into the characters.

pickWe seldom find books which inputs so much moral into the reader's thoughts.. and Little Women is one of those books. Every body has bits of Meg, Jo, Beth, Amy and even Teddy in each of us. I wanted Jo to have Laurie at first..but like Laurie himself, at the end i believe that indeed it is best as it is.

pickIt is love hate relationship reading this tale. one time you're symphatizing with the character and hating his decisions the next. It is an agonizing tale of love and devotion, which tears you apart as you go thru and feel for the protagonist who at times is also the antagonist.
pickDespite the fact that it took me wayyyy to long to finish the book, I am super in love with how the story turned out except for chapter 39! it really took me by suprise, and broke my heart! nevertheless the series is really well written, just like the Six of Crows, Crooked Kingdom has its fair share of Wit, undeniably good twist and More Scheming! Knives Drawn, Pistols Blazing i would give the series 5 stars! definitely on my list for re-reads.

The plot seems really vast and there is so much more to explore. Cant wait for the next book!
pickIt was a challenge. I seem get lost in all the introductions per character, plot,etc. Which i didnt get how they seem to fit into each other and the story. But Midway i got the hang of it, and grasp the concept on how he wanted to build the storyline.
reading this is like the french revolution. It was a struggle at the start, yet all just seem to fall into place as you go by. And you will get to realize why things had to be told way they were.
pickSnow White is my least favorite fairytale, however Melissa Bashardoust's re-telling pumped up the level of the classic tale. it gave it a more modernized twist as well as drama ( there were actual tears that fell thru the last few chapters ) and of course edge.
so if you like a really good re-telling of fairytales like me, you'd absolutely love this.

Dr. Frankenstein's daugthers was a good book to start it off~ it depicts the life of the doctor's children after his monstrous achievement. It was actually better than i expected it to be.

so-soI love the plot of the story, cause for me travelling circus are fun. Not that i've experienced it, there arent any in my part of the world. The story line is also good! However, i feel that it is a bit rushed... i think it could have been a great series or perhaps duology... just to get more into the details on how things turned out like they did.
pickI love how the story depicts her love for her beloved. And how strong she is as a woman as well as her faith despite that many struggles... Sad she didnt go down in history as a Queen. But she did make her mark!
She shall forever be Catalina, Infanta of Spain. Katherine of Aragon, Queen of England. True model of grace and dignity.
She's now my favorite queen by far as the books i've read.

pickFor me the music choices were good, absolutely loved playing them while reading the book. It gives it more meaning and added feels. Recommending this for those who likes to read something light, but still has depth.
pickThis has been on my "to read list" for quite sometime, and since the series came out I became more intrigued. So I grab a copy the other day and finished it at the same day. Never have i read a book in one sitting. Its a really good read and an eye opener. Thus, definitely recommending this one!
