2⭐️ this is a vampire love story where our MMC finds the reincarnation of his soulmates soul every generation. The best part about this book, was it was short enough that I could finish without having to DNF. Oh, and I get to take another one off my Kindle. This was #15 for August. #Roll100 and my #DoubleSpin for #BookSpinBingo

4.2⭐️ and this will make my last read for July. I am exhausted, but I completed my goal getting these last three books read before the end of the month. This one is cute, and I enjoyed it for the most part. There were definitely things that I would‘ve liked to seen in the story, as well as things that I could‘ve lived without. But overall, it‘s something I would keep on myself. This was my #Roll100 book number 84 for July.

4.5⭐️ this book was a gift that I didn‘t think I would like. Never read an F1 romance before, but I did watch Driven on passion flicks, which was great, and based off another book. Been holding onto this one since Easter, so I decided to push it through as one of the final reads of the month, and I‘m glad I did. well, I felt like the plot could be a little more, I love the story. Its a fun, spicy & sweet read that I do recommend.

2.6⭐️ Anybody else trying to get as much reading in as I can in the next four days. I got three more, I‘m trying to get done, let‘s see how I do. As for this book, I feel a little unfair as it was the AI generated audiobook that I hated. I think I might go back eventually and read this on Kindle And see if I have different feelings about it. This is also my #BookSpin for July‘s #BookSpinBingo.

3⭐️ her stuff is bizarre, and skirts really close to the taboo edge, yet I keep trying to go back to her. I say try because the majority of her stuff is why choose. And for some reason, I don‘t like trope, and I have tried. It‘s just not for me. But the horror element to the Romance has a chokehold on me, and it makes me sad that I can‘t read more. So if anybody has any recommendation on horror romances that are not why choose, please share.

4.8⭐️ Cozy Spicy Fantasy. The story was so fun, and just what I needed for the month. I enjoyed the character development, the plot and all the quirky side characters. Took away from it just a little bit was feeling like I‘m in a fantasy world at one point, to turning around and I feeling like I‘m in New Orleans. It just shifted me out of the story a little bit, but overall this was an amazing, quick and funny read. #HomeTownBookClub

5⭐️ "All we're promised is now". This book was one of two that was picked for my #HometownBookClub book read for July. I wanted something cozy this month, but this was definitely not that. What I can say is this book is absolutely PHENOMENAL! What I expected was a cute pirate treasure hunting type of book. What I got was bad ass sea witches, archaeology finds, so much drama, and a great love story. Just love, no spice. 10/10 recommend.

4.3⭐️ I went into this book thinking I was reading a horror, and I was wrong. This was the July #FableBookClub horror pick for #RoaringWolfFrightNight. Though it didn‘t live up to the horror I was looking for, this was one of the best paranormal cozy mysteries I‘ve ever read. I look forward to continuing the series, slowly because it‘s very big. Lesson learned in picking a horror book, though… always check the genre!

5⭐️ I know not everybody‘s going to agree with me on this, and that‘s OK. The first time I read this book I rated it four stars. Reading it again reminded me how much I loved it, and if I can still love it the second time around, and want to read it again, it‘s a five star. This was us on my February‘s #DoubleSpin for #BooksSpinBingo. So a big thank you too @StayCurious for creating this group and helping me reach this reading goal.

3.6⭐️ Well that was an abrupt ending. I guess that mean I‘m in another series now. I will say this, I enjoyed the movie a little more than the book. I know, weird, but I got a bit confused with all the extra characters. And the ending seemed so rushed and incomplete. I liked it, I was just expecting more. #FableBookClub #TheWyvernScrolls

Butterfinger It's not weird. There's been a few times I have enjoyed the adaptation more than the book. Bridgerton comes to mind. Wicked, too. 2w

4.6⭐️ let me start by saying that this was my #ReadBannedBooks for July, and it was better than I thought it was going to be. I wish it would‘ve read this one so much sooner, especially since apparently there‘s four books of the series. I mean, I‘m glad there‘s more because that ending was not enough, but dang. Also, really scary similarities to what‘s going on right now. I will be continuing this one next month.

4⭐️ this is the second book in the Persons Non Grata series. Seeing that it was written in 2017, I don‘t see another one coming. As I said in my previous review for book one, this is Lovecraftian horror. And while I enjoyed book one a smidge more, book 2 is still really good. We still followed Pearson in a way, but the other characters took center stage. It‘s a quick short read, and what I will consider reading again in the future.

4.5⭐️ I won‘t lie, I have a bit of an obsession with the Hades and persephone story. So of course, I am in the middle of Lore of Olympus, but when I saw that there was another graphic novel about their story, I could not help but to pick it up. And I‘m so glad I did. I loved how this came together, and the only thing I‘m truly sad about is the fact that book 2 doesn‘t come out until September. 10 out of 10 recommend.

5⭐️ i‘ve been sitting here for the last 30 minutes, trying to figure out how to write this, still crying because this book literally crushed my soul. I almost didn‘t read it because I thought it might be a “why choose”, which I‘m not into. It‘s not, which is good for me, but holy crap does my heart hurt. It tackles mental health, connection and learning to love yourself. Lots of spice, but it‘s dark so check your trigger warnings. 10/10 recommend.

3.2⭐️ to be honest, I struggled with this one. Several times I really considered DNF, but I‘ve heard how good it was. And I‘ll admit, closer to the end it was much more enjoyable. But I seriously started this book on June 10 and just finished today. Almost a month for a book that‘s a little over 200 pages. I truly think I kept it up just because it was June‘s fable pic. Oh well, better books ahead.

4.8⭐️ I loved this! I honestly don‘t know what‘s wrong with me, but multiple times throughout the story, all I could think was “ OMG, how cute!” Only thing I would have changed was with the plot twist at the end of the book. Didn‘t mind the twist, but I did mine that we just breezed by it after the fact. Could‘ve used a little more closure on that, but besides that, freaking amazing! 10/10 recommend, but please read your trigger warnings.

If you‘re looking for a great Halloween read, this is one for you. And to follow it up, there‘s also a movie based off this book, which I will be watching this weekend. 10 out of 10 recommend. 4.2⭐️ it‘s listed as horror, but it doesn‘t feel like horror. Let me rephrase that, it feels more like lovecraftian horror. I also feel like the plot needs to be tightened up a little bit on this one, but I really enjoy the writing style in general, despite it being occasionally jumbled. Based on the characters in this book, the jumbled writing actually connected well though. I liked it a lot… Enough to immediately go buy a book 2.

This is booked three of the Before The Coffee Gets Cold series, and I can honestly say that I have not had a dry eye in the three that I‘ve read so far. In the end, it wasn‘t as bad as I thought it might be, but I think it could‘ve been better if it wasn‘t condensed into such a small book. 4⭐️ there‘s a lot I wanna say with a little space to say it. 1st, I read about 75% of the book before I took the dust jacket off and figured out the book was gorgeous.
