I‘ve been waiting for AP to give us something as good as Dead Romantics, and she finally did it. I loved everything in this book. It‘s beautiful and sad and just lovely. Book #69 in 2025 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

3⭐️ Well this book hit me a little different than most. Because I didn‘t hate it, but I didn‘t love it at all. In fact, I wanted to DNF it multiple times, but there wasn‘t a valid reason for me to do it. Because it was a good story I just wasn‘t connecting to it. Took me two weeks to read 350 pages and a 50%. I really questioned myself. It was good but it has been deleted from my Kindle. #69 for #Roll100 and #DoubleSpin for #BookSpinBingo

I‘m working my way through the Heartland List, for a literacy conference later this year. A fun middle grade book told by a dog who is hilarious and gives the best descriptions. “The ducks know nothing.”Book #69 in 2024

I had higher hopes for this but it really missed the mark. Too many story lines, slow to build, and it really barely had to do with obituaries at all. The romance, if you can call it that, was forced and unnatural. I picked this for the title and premise, especially in October but it just fell flat. Book #69 in 2023

Book #69
4/5
This was a delightful change of pace from my usual reads. I love Me Before You, and the sequels, so I thought I'd give another of Moyes' novels a try. I was a tiny bit thrown by a change of pace just past the halfway mark, but it all evened out and made for an enjoyable read.

At first I was unsure, but I like a good mystery so I stuck it out and got lucky. I also like an unreliable narrator more than most and this book has several narrators! A few hard turns at the end made for a good one! Betrayal, control, mental health and criminal activity made for a great recipe! Book#69 in 2022

I really didn't like this one, as much as the others in this series so far

Book 8 in the Bookmobile Cat Mystery series and I'm finally getting to really like the characters. Minnie still does (and says) a lot of ridiculous things but at least Rafe, Ash and Kristen are a bit more logical. #69-2022
