Repost for @Catsandbooks

Hello #LitsyCrafters ☺️ How is your 2024 going so far?

This year I'm crocheting a book blanket! Each color is a different genre and the number of rows is the star rating I gave it. Above is what I have so far!
One of my goals this year is to complete more projects that I've already started.

If you'd like to be added or removed from the #LitsyCrafters tag list let me know.

lazydaizee How are you getting on with your crochet? 3w

Pickpick

4/5⭐ I love anything to do with organizing, and this book hit the spot. These projects offer lots of variety for storage, containers, and organizers for the home. Some are more complex than others, but the photographs make the instructions easier to follow. Most of the projects are likely for sewists who have some experience already.

Mehso-so

3/5⭐ A very concise introduction to growing and using herbs in a variety of applications. The instructions are sparse but easy to follow. The author acknowledges that “natural“ doesn't mean “safe“ and includes warnings. The crafts don't impress me much, but this book is good for a beginner working with herbs.

I did it! But I forgot to take a picture… so I‘m posting a pic of my sister‘s hyggeligt space & cat (you can‘t see it all clearly, but lots of pillows & blankets!) 😉. I participated in #hyggehour with y‘all last night, reading Inland.

I also finished my #SeasonalCozies pick for January yesterday (meh 2.5 ⭐️).

And in searching for hygge images, I discovered this candle I must have and this podcast I must check out!

Happy Monday all! 😅🩵

Avanders @julieclair yeah… it probably suffered a little from being #17 in the series (but 1 to me), but my biggest gripe was it wasn‘t a mystery that felt solvable by the reader… guessable, but not solvable until it was solved. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I always feel let down by those… 3mo
julieclair That makes sense, like you you were denied the satisfaction of solving it in advance. (edited) 3mo
