Today was delivery day for our Holiday Book Drive at work.... The store where I work collected over 1,000 new books for our amazing local Children‘s hospital with the help of our fantastic customers.... this is my lovely Assistant Manager Laurie with one of the heroes who takes care of the children in hospital this holiday.... hoping these books help a little.... 💕

A very exciting week..... As of Sunday I am officially the Store Manager of my Barnes & Noble! It‘s definitely a challenging time in retail, and bookstores particularly, but I love my team, my store, and our CEO (James Daunt of Waterstones and Daunts books- he‘s awesome).... and I‘m feeling really positive about the road ahead .... 💕📚

So my B&N store where I work has closed to the public but a few of us booksellers are still here working, as we are offering Curbside pick-up Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm. Check with your local store......
